摘 要

长江运输大通道是国家综合运输大通道的重要组成部分，建设长江“黄金水道是打造“长江经济带”的重要基础条件，长江干线航道的建设关系到沿江乃至全流域经济社会的可持续发展。一方面，船型大型化对航道尺度提出更高要求。长江中游荆江河段作为长江“黄金水道”的瓶颈，一直是长江干线航道治理和维护工作的重难点，目前其一期整治工程完成并投入试运行后航道条件有所改善；另一方面，要想航道通航潜力能够充分发挥，也需要船型标准化和船型设计尺度的优化。因此如何科学地认识和评估荆江河段航道尺度与船型的适应性，为以后的航道整治和船型标准化决策提供参考，显得尤为必要。

本文首先通过对航道尺度与船型适应性内涵进行界定，分析航道尺度与船型动态机理；然后，对荆江航道尺度和航道船型现状进行分析，总结其存在问题。最后，提出航道尺度与船型适应性评价指标，运用模糊综合评价法对荆江河段航道尺度与船型适应性进行评价和分析。

本文得出荆江河段航道尺度与船型的适应性处于一般水平，可以在一定程度上满足人类社会经济、贸易的需求，但荆江航道维护水深需进一步提高，同时加大力度推进船舶标准化进程。

Abstract

The Yangtze River shipping channel is an important part of national integrated transport channel, and the construction of the Yangtze River “gold waterway” is an important step in the China’s economy development progress. The construction of Yangtze River main channel is directly related to the sustainable development of economy and society all along the river basin even the whole country. JingJiang Reach of the Yangtze River, as the bottleneck of Yangtze River “gold waterway”, whose channel condition has been improved significantly after the first phase of construction, and the second phase of construction has been placed on the agenda. So it is necessary to study of how to understand and evaluate the adaptability of the channel of JingJiang Reach scientifically.

Based on the channel scale and lines adaptability theoretical analysis to study the theory of how to maximize channel capacity, so that the economic benefits to the highest, the best security. Then Jingjiang channel and channel status of scales can be drawn from the analysis of the ship reach the 3,000-ton ship and below showing a clear downward trend. Finally, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of ship channel scale and adaptability evaluation analysis, the final results of the evaluation.

Currently Jingjiang River ship channel scale and adaptability at the general level, can meet the human social and economic, trade needs to a certain extent. Jingjiang combined channel fairway planning to analyze its suitability future trends, we can see the current channel or medium-term planning more reasonable, can better meet the development needs of the mid-shipping, and large-scale development trend of the ship is also more consistent.

1.1研究背景及意义

1.1.1研究背景

一直以来长江运输大通道都是国家综合运输大通道的重要组成部分，是连接我国东中西部的重要纽带。长江“黄金水道”是长江运输大通道的主骨架，也是世界上货运量最大的河流，2016年货运量达到21.8亿吨。建设长江“黄金水道”是谋划中国经济新棋局上的重要一步，长江干线航道建设直接关系到沿江乃至全流域经济社会的可持续发展。为此党中央及国务院近几年下发多部文件知道长江航道的建设发展，如《国务院关于加快长江等内河水运发展的意见》，《长江经济带发展指导意见发布》，《长江经济带综合立体交通走廊规划》，如何挖掘长江航运潜力，发挥长江“黄金水道”对沿江经济的带动作用是长江航运发展的重点任务。

荆江河段是位于长江中游起于昌门溪而终于城陵矶的一段，该河段航道条件复杂，枯水期水深只有3.5m，只能通航1000吨级船舶，很长时间内都是长江航运的瓶颈，属于长江干线航道治理和维护工作的重难点，影响到长江航运效益的整体发挥。要充分发挥长江航运潜力，一方面可以通过航道整治提高航道条件，采用大型化船舶运输；一方面可以进行船型大型化、标准化最大限度利用现有航道。总而言之，航道尺度与船型的适应程度对荆江航道乃至整个长江航道的通过能力，航运成本、航运安全均有重要影响。因此本文拟探究航道尺度和船型的相互关系，对荆江河段的航道尺度与船型适应性进行评价，评价结果可为航道整治和船型标准化决策提供参考。

如今关于航道尺度与船型适应性的研究少之又少，对于航道尺度与船型的适应性还没有一个准确的定义。本文的研究为航道尺度与船型适应性更进一步的深化研究提供了参考方向。
