摘 要

在现代社会不断发展的进程中，精益化思想越来越为人们所关注。最早起源于制造业的精益化思想不断发展壮大，原本只是应用于工业制造业的企业指导思想，如今已经在世界范围内遍地开花，发展成为了不同形式的、针对不同行业不同环境的企业管理思想。本文主要思路是通过对丰田模式精益化思想的学习，阐述相关概念以及核心文化思想，与我国汽车工业的实际进行比较，联系到实际产业链的运行过程当中，得出自己对于我国汽车行业的见解。

在国内，精益化思想已经不算是陌生词汇，不仅仅是汽车行业，还有其他许多行业已经在慢慢的学习过程中。对于为什么丰田可以取得如此巨大的成功，国内许多学者也从各个角度去分析，联系我们国家的汽车工业发展历程、社会大环境、文化背景等等，探寻更适合于我们的“丰田模式”，而不是简单地去模仿它的表面形态。在国外，丰田公司的巨大成功也引来了许多学者耗费相当大的心血来对他们进行研究学习-精益化思想为核心，不断改进完善的现场管理体制，注重持续创新，注重公司员工培养，创造一个学习型的国际大企业。

可以说精益化的发展进程加深了人类对于资源节约、实现最大化价值利用的理解。精益化一词最早起源于日本丰田公司的管理模式概念中，而丰田公司在精益化思想发展传播的过程当中也起到了关键作用，在世界范围内引起了极大反响，各地各类型企业也都争相效仿学习。我们国家也应该努力地去学习这样一种先进的思想，学习行业先进企业的核心思想，结合国情建立起属于自己的独具特色的精益化体系。

Abstract

In the process of the development of modern society, the lean thinking become more and more concerned by the world. Lean thinking originated grow in the manufacturing sector, originally only used in industrial manufacturing enterprise guiding ideology, and now everywhere in the world, the development of different forms for different circumstances in different sectors of business management thinking. The main idea is through the Toyota lean thinking learning to explain concepts and core cultural ideas, compared with the actual conduct of the automotive industry, linked to the actual running of the chain which, come to your own insights for China's automotive industry.

In China, lean thinking was not an unfamiliar words, not just the auto industry, there are many other industries has been slowly learning process. Why Toyota can get for such a great success, many domestic scholars to analyze from different angles, contact our nation's auto industry development, social environment, cultural background, etc., to explore more suitable for our "Toyota", and not simply to imitate its surface morphology. Overseas, Toyota's great success also attracted many scholars spend considerable effort to learn about their research - lean thinking as the core, constantly improved site management system, focus on continuous innovation, focus on staff training, creating a study of international great business type.

It can be said lean development process deepened human resources for conservation, to maximize the value of the use of the understanding. Lean term originated in Toyota's management concept, while Toyota's lean thinking in the development of communication process among also played a key role in the world caused great repercussions around the various types of enterprises are learning to emulate. Our country should also be hard to learn this kind of advanced thinking, learning core idea industry advanced enterprises, combined with the conditions established his own unique lean system.

1.1 精益化的起源与发展

“精益化（Lean）”一词最早由吉姆·沃麦克博士（Jim Womack, Ph.D.）在上世纪八十年代末提出，用以形容丰田汽车公司的商业模式，丰田的经营之道正是精益化思想的体现。

它的核心思想就是以最小的消耗来实现顾客价值最大化。精益化主张消除生产过程中的所有浪费，形成对整个产业或者系统而言的真正精益化。以下（图1-1）是丰田公司的经营之道，“4P模式”：图（1-1）
