摘 要

随着经济的发展，移动电商的猛增，快递物流的产生及日益兴盛既为物流业发展提供了前所未有的机遇，同时又对物流企业配送中心布局提出了更高的要求。如何提升企业配送中心的运营效率成为各大物流公司竞争致胜的重要内容，而企业配送中心运营效率的提高主要取决于配送中心布局的不断改进和优化。因此，本文以顺丰武昌配送中心为研究对象，在借鉴现有研究成果的基础上，结合快递物流发展的特质和顺丰的发展现状分析，发现其顺丰武昌配送中心布局存在作业流程衔接不当、功能区划分不完善及平面布局欠科学等问题；在对有关问题进行深入分析的基础上，针对顺丰武昌配送中心布局进行优化，对作业流程、功能区和平面布局三方面进行优化设计，生成了适合顺丰武昌配送中心布局的三套优化设计方案；最后，从提高物流管理水平、完善基础设施设备及提升快递专业人员素养三方面提出了实施优化方案的相关保障措施，以期能有效提升顺丰武昌配送中心的运作能力，确保各作业环节、功能区域被高效利用，提高顺丰武昌配送中心的运营效率。

Abstract

With the development of economy, the rapid increase of mobile e-commerce, the emergence of express logistics and the increasing prosperity have provided unprecedented opportunities for the development of the logistics industry. At the same time, they have put forward higher requirements for the distribution of SFDC distribution centers. How to improve the operational efficiency of SFDC has become an important part of the competition of major logistics companies. The improvement of the operational efficiency of SFDC depends mainly on the continuous improvement and optimization of the distribution center. This article takes SFDC distribution center as the research object. Based on the existing research results, combined with the characteristics of the development of express logistics and the analysis of the development status of SFG, it finds that the layout of SFDC has improper connection of work flow and the functional area is not perfect. The layout is not scientific enough； based on an in-depth analysis of the relevant issues, the layout of the SFDC is optimized, and the three aspects of the operation flow, functional area, and layout are optimized, resulting in a layout suitable for the layout of the SF distribution center. Finally, from the three aspects of improving the level of logistics management, improving infrastructure equipment and improving the quality of express delivery professionals, we put forward relevant safeguard measures to implement the optimized plan, so as to effectively improve the operation ability of the Shunfeng Distribution Center and ensure the various operation links. The functional areas were efficiently used to improve the operational efficiency of the Shunfeng distribution center.

1.1.1 研究背景

随着我国国民经济的迅猛发展，快递业作为一个新兴的产业发展势头强劲，特别是近年来伴随着电子商务的高速兴起，网络购物迅速发展，也为快递行业带来了巨大商机。根据2017年快递行业发展统计公报我们可知:2017年，全年快递行业业务收入达到4039.3亿元，比去年同期增长26.1。其中，快递业务收入所占比重高达68.6，比去年提高4.7%。快递业务不断呈增长态势。全年快递业务总量达到206.7亿件，比去年同期增长48%；快递业务收入实现总额2769.6亿元，比去年增长了35.4%。由此可以看出，作为现代服务业的一部分，快递行业在推动经济进步和提高人民生活水平方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。

中国快递行业仍然面临着很多需要解决的问题。近年来民营快递企业正在高速发展，它们都在市场中占据了一定的份额，比如圆通、中通、顺丰等。但是由于刚刚处于起步阶段，还无法与国外的大型快递企业竞争。面对日益激烈的竞争环境，快递企业必须在配套设施和运营模式上有所改进和创新，才能在竞争中脱颖而出，并实现降低企业运营成本和提高服务质量的双重目标。面临市场需求的增多，以及客户对于物流配送服务质量要求的提升，物流配送中心布局设计方面的不足之处直接影响了各个作业区运作流程的连续性，降低企业作业效率造成企业的市场地位的下降。因此从长远发展考虑，顺丰物流公司配送中心需要对现存的布局问题进行相关布局优化，功能区优化，物流配送作业流程优化来增强企业市场竞争力。
