摘 要

本设计题目为汇富大厦建筑结构设计，是建立在武汉市的一栋主要用于提供娱乐场所的大型建筑。而此建筑的总的层高为40m，属于高层结构。主体结构为整体现浇混凝土框架结构，楼梯为梁式楼梯。

目前钢筋混凝土成为已经成为部分大学生必修课程，可见它在当今社会上的地位相当重要，它的使用价值高，与其他的建筑材料相比，有突出的优点。现在世界上的大多数建筑都是这种良好的材料才得以突破的。要熟练掌握好要学习好很多专业知识，融汇的东西很多。要想运用好它，还得结合大量的规范以及生活当中积累的经验。而本设计所运用的大部分知识内容来源于课堂上老师所讲。

本次设计为建筑结构设计，在后期处理问题时可能会运用到一些专业软件和办公软件的使用。因此处理好每个数据和每一处细节都是很有必要的。在这些综合问题的处理上，电脑是不会反馈错误的信息，它只会输出设计者的输入信息和计算结果。而且，本次设计要依靠参考的文献比较多，课外阅读的书籍有点多，所以要提前准备好将要遇到的各种专业书籍和运用的规范和纲要。

同时，在设计过程中，要结合当地的一些地质条件和人文生活习惯去合理地设计大厦的各种设施，而最主要的便是要求设计的大厦要完全符合各种安全标准，这样使得完成后的建筑不存在安全隐患。

Abstract

In order to use it, have to combine a large number of norms and life accumulated experience. Most of the knowledge used in this design comes from what the teacher says in the classroom.

The design of the building structure of the main use of "concrete structure design specifications" knowledge, combined with reference to "building structure load specifications", "seismic design of buildings"; "high-rise building concrete structure technical regulations" and other norms to complete the structural design. These norms contain the knowledge that universities have learned. The purpose of this design is to let the students familiar with and master some of the norms of knowledge, is conducive to the future work of students and life.

绪论

目前，房屋建筑就结构布置结构,最常用的结构为框架剪力墙，它已经是市面上大部分建筑，所采用的结构。

本工程为建在武汉市的汇富大厦设计结构，在使用过程中有较多的人流以及它的建筑跨度较为大，而它的抗震等级要求较为低。结构采用整体现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。
