摘 要

汽车智能化与网联化的科技浪潮已经席卷全球。智能汽车作为智能交通系统中必不可少的组成元素，能大幅提升人们乘车出行的安全性，改善日益恶化的城市交通环境，降低能源的消耗量。

首先，本文从功能层面出发，结合国内外学者的研究成果简单的阐述了智能汽车环境感知、智能决策、控制执行等关键技术的原理，介绍了相关知识，为后文展开奠定理论基础。

其次，本文从企业角度出发对比了国内外智能汽车的测试和应用情况，在横向比较中认清差距、寻找不足；从社会角度出发介绍了国际社会上与智能汽车发展有关的政策法规情况，为我国政府出台相关政策，完善相关法规提供有效的参考意见；从国家角度出发，展示了欧、美、日及我国发展智能汽车技术的路线规划情况，确定世界智能汽车的当前发展水平。

接着，在前两章的基础上，本文分析了我国发展智能汽车的四个瓶颈并合理预测了智能汽车的未来发展趋势。

最后，本文讨论了当前我国城市交通所面临的几个问题，并为有效解决这一类问题给出了一种预想方案——将智能汽车与共享模式相融合。智能汽车共享模式的提出是本文的亮点所在，本文联系上文，从个人和社会两个角度分别论述该方案的经济效益，并就该方案在初级阶段的实施进行评估与分析，以此来明确智能汽车共享模式的价值所在及其在未来社会应用的可行性。

Abstract

Intelligent car is an indispensable part of the intelligent transportation system. It can greatly enhance the safety of people traveling by car, improve the deteriorating urban traffic environment and reduce the energy consumption. The technology wave of automotive intelligence and networking has been sweeping the globe.

First of all, based on the functional aspects, this paper expounded the principles of the key technologies such as Environmental Awareness Technology, Intelligent Decision Technology, Control Execution Technology, and then introduced the relevant knowledge, laid the theoretical foundation for the later.

Secondly, from an enterprise perspective, this paper compared the test situation and application situation of intelligent vehicle technology in China and abroad. Identified and found the gaps in horizontal comparisons. From a social point of view, this paper introduced the policies and regulations of the international community related to the development of intelligent vehicle, in order to provide effective reference advice for our government to introduce relevant policies and improve relevant regulations. From a national perspective, this article showed the route planning of developing intelligent vehicle in Europe, America, Japan and China, to determine the development level of intelligent vehicle in the world.

Then, on the basis of the first two chapters, this paper analyzed four bottlenecks of developing intelligent vehicle in China and made a reasonable prediction of the trend of intelligent vehicle in the future.

Finally, this paper discussed several problems faced by urban traffic in China, and gave an ideal solution for solving this kind of problem effectively - merging intelligent vehicle with sharing model. The intelligent vehicle-sharing model is the highlight of this article. Context, this article from the perspective of both individuals and society discussed the economic benefits of the scheme respectively, evaluated and analyzed the implementation of the program in the initial stage, in order to clarify the value of the intelligent vehicle-sharing model and clarify its viability in the future society.

1.1课题研究的背景

智能互联与汽车产业的加速融合，激发了新一轮的产业变革，全新的产业结构、贸易形态、商业模式如雨后春笋般出现。《中国制造2025》是指引我国走向工业强国的第一部十年行动纲领，正引领我国由工业大国向工业强国迈进。同时“十三五”也表明了汽车智能网联化正是我国汽车工业的发展目标，汽车工业正处在信息化和工业化融合战略实施的重点领域，必须全面发挥风口行业的标杆领先作用。这足以说明，发展智能汽车正是我国汽车工业转型的有力推手。
