摘 要

在世界城市化、工业化的发展进程中，“都市农业”这一农业的新形态悄然而生。在日本、欧美等发达国家和地区，都市农业最先出现并且已经取得了良好的实践效果。进入二十一世纪以来，都市农业正在开始向发展中地区逐步扩展。发展都市农业对于促进社会积极发展有重要的意义，是未来农业的主要形式之一。

上世纪九十年代，武汉市提出了发展都市农业的目标和方向，并于本世纪初正式开始实施。虽然起步相较国外甚至国内其他城市较晚，但目前已经呈现良好发展态势，未来武汉市的都市农业发展前景十分广阔。

本文的主要内容如下：在明确都市农业有关概念的前提下，通过和国内外都市农业成功实践的对比分析，以及武汉市目前都市农业的发展状况，找出武汉市发展都市农业的优势和劣势，给武汉市都市农业进一步完善提出合理的建议与对策，为武汉市都市农业未来探索出一条适合的道路。

Abstract

In the process of urbanization and industrialization of the world, the new form of "urban agriculture" agriculture is quietly born. In Japan, Europe and the United States and other developed countries and regions, urban agriculture first appeared and has achieved good practical results. Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, urban agriculture is beginning to expand towards developing regions. The development of urban agriculture is of great significance to promote the positive development of society and is one of the main forms of future agriculture.

Wuhan City in the mid-1990s put forward the urban agriculture from suburban agriculture to urban agriculture development ideas and objectives, and at the beginning of this century began to implement. Although the start compared to foreign countries and other domestic cities later, but now has a good momentum of development, the future of Wuhan City, the prospects for the development of agriculture is very broad.

随着世界城市化的不断发展，城乡差距逐步缩小，都市农业农业悄然诞生。它是指地处都市范围内或城市郊区，依靠城市发展，为城市提供农产品、生态、休闲、科教等服务的新型农业。都市农业有绿色生态农业、观光休闲农业、高科技现代农业等各种模式，是集生产性、生态性于一体的可持续发展的农业。

自上世纪九十年代以来，我国一些大城市陆续出现了都市农业，并呈现快速发展的趋势。其中，北京、上海等一些代表性的大都市率先进行了都市农业的相关探索。这些城市因地制宜，将都市农业与城市发展相互融合促进，使都市农业得到发展实践的同时推动了城市的发展，取得了宝贵的经验。不过从全国范围来看，我国都市农业尚处在较低的水平，都市农业在国内的发展存在着各种各样的障碍和问题。所以目前都市农业是国内学术界日益关注的热点话题。

武汉市位于我国中部地区的中心位置，是我国重要的经济、文化、科技和教育中心，也是全国重要工业基地和交通枢纽城市。近年来武汉市正在着力走向“复兴之路”，其城市建设的目标是将武汉建设成为基础设施完善、人民生活富足、经济实力雄厚、产业结构优化、生态环境良好的现代化大都市。而都市农业作为目前新兴的产业形式，与武汉城市建设目标相契合，代表了先进的生产力，是武汉未来农业发展的必然选择。武汉市发展都市农业具有许多重要的意义，比如有利于缩小城乡居民收入差距，促进城乡一体化进程；有利于增加就业机会，减少社会就业负担；有利于保护自然生态环境，创建宜居美丽的城市等等。

本文的研究目的是通过探讨国内外关于都市农业的理论研究和具体实践，与武汉市当前都市农业的发展现状做出对比，找出武汉市都市农业的优势和不足，提出合适的发展建议，研究适合武汉市都市农业发展的道路。该研究具有以下意义：
