摘 要

本次的毕业设计的课题是控温饮水机设计。本课题旨在满足人们对于饮水机的外观、性能的要求，它的主要功能是能够使饮水机的水温可以在5℃的温差内进行温度设定，得到使用者想要的饮水温度；并且本产品可以提供使用者每日的饮水量，让使用者可以了解自己的饮水状况，更好的调节每日饮水量。本产品配备手机APP，可以提醒用户饮水，在提醒的前5分钟开始预热，在不使用的期间达到节能的效果。首先针对市面上已有的各大品牌的饮水机外观造型进行一系列的调研，分析它们的优点和缺点，并且了解其工作的基本原理，再进行功能的添加和改良。中期通过一期、二期、三期多张草图的绘制，确定最终的建模方案。在完成各方面的设计后，对设计出来的饮水机进行成本预算。最后设计出来的饮水机需要达到外型美观、操作方便，并且杜绝“千滚水”；一键童锁，手机APP等这些功能使饮水机可以达到健康、安全、节能等功效。

Temperature control water fountain design

Abstract

The subject of this graduation design is the intelligent water dispenser. This subject is designed to meet the requirement of people for the appearance of the water dispenser, performance, its main function is to be able to make the water temperature of water dispenser can be conducted in 5 ℃ temperature difference temperature setting, users want water temperature; This product can provide users with daily drinking water, so that users can know their drinking water condition and better adjust daily water consumption. This product is equipped with mobile phone APP, which can remind users to drink water, and start preheating the first 5 minutes before reminding, and achieve energy saving effect during the period of non-use. First in view of the existing brands on the market of water dispenser appearance modelling a series of investigation, analysis the advantages and disadvantages of them, and know that it is the basic principle of work, then add functions and improvement. In the medium term, the final modeling scheme is determined by drawing the first, second and third stage sketches. After complete all aspects of the design of the water dispenser, design cost budget. Finally, the designed water dispenser needs to be beautiful, easy to operate, and eliminate "thousands of boiling water". One-button child lock, mobile APP and other functions enable the water dispensing machine to achieve health, safety, energy saving and other functions.

现在的饮水机主要是将纯净水或矿泉水通过一定的方式达到适合人们饮用的水，也可以和桶装水一起配合使用，也有用水管接通水源或者在饮水机上直接安装一个储水的空间，通过这些途径来方便人们饮用安全、温度适中的水。

1.温热型饮水机：该机型只能把水加热不能制冷

2.冰热型饮水机：它是由水箱往上供应常温水，然后在进水口分为两路，一路水进入冷胆容器，通过制冷功能制出冷水；而另一路水则是进入热罐，通过加热功能制出热水。
