可长期佩戴颈椎按摩仪设计毕业论文

摘 要

随着经济、科技、文化的大力发展,人们的生活方式有了翻天覆地的变化,随之跟来的还有各种疾病的“年轻化”,其中一项就是颈椎病。然而如今,颈椎病已然成为了全球范围内的第二大顽固疾病,在我国近14亿人口中,就有超过七分之一的人口有颈椎疾病,繁重的学习压力和工作压力使越来越多的人正在通往颈椎病的道路上,所以,我们对颈椎,腰椎疾病的认识和重视必须快速提高。因此,从日常生活中控制病情显得尤为重要。可长期佩戴的颈椎按摩仪主要针对长期伏案作业的学生和白领,帮助他们减轻病痛。

颈椎病是一种非常常见的疾病。尽管随着年龄的逐渐增长,颈椎和腰椎会自然老化,但是,近些年来人们的工作和生活压力越来越大,颈椎病的发病率也呈现出逐年增加的趋势 。现代生活人们会长时间保持一个姿势,如伏案工作,驾车也会增加颈椎的负担。生活条件越来越好,饮食越来越丰富,使得我们的体重增加,也会增加颈椎和腰椎的负担,同时会促使疾病的发生。现在的医疗技术水平并不能根除颈椎病,唯一的办法就是从源头上遏制病情的恶化。

因此,在通过对颈椎按摩仪展开深入调查的基础上:①首先,通过对产品调研、市场调研、用户调研、技术调研,并且在材料技术、人体工程学、价值和成本分析等等上面形成一个设计观念,定位设计一款外观造型美观,使用方便,功能丰富且成本价格比较合理的颈椎按摩仪。②再者就是需要在进行产品设计的主要方向之上,以设计草图的形式产生各种各样的产品设计的解决方案,并通过分析与整合,选择最为完善的方案进行更进一步的方案设计,并完成二维设计,三维建模,配色方案以及渲染效果图等更完整的设计工作。③最后需要在本设计已经设计好的方案的基础之上,对它进行材料工艺、人机工程学和成本核算等方面的设计,通过这些工作来验证一下自己所设计的产品是否是符合科学的。

经过总结,对本次设计的产品可长期佩戴颈椎按摩仪的外观进行了重新定义,增加它的自我功能,使其更好的服务用户。依据用户所在工作中使用它的人的环境以及目地,本设计从造型与配色上作了充足的考虑,使其更加美观亮丽,更加符合使用环境。

Abstract

With the development of economy, science and technology, culture, people's life style has changed dramatically, followed by a variety of diseases, "younger", one of which is cervical spondylosis. Now the cervical vertebra disease has become the second largest ills in the world, only China has more than 200 million patients with cervical spondylosis, there are more people on the road to cervical spondylosis, can be said that the urgent degree of cognition and attention to the health of the cervical spine. Therefore, it is very important to control the disease from daily life. Cervical vertebra massage device can be worn for a long time the long-term operation of students and white-collar workers, help them relieve pain.

Cervical spondylosis is a common disease in clinic. Cervical spine, lumbar spine, the most essential factor is the growth of the age of natural aging disc. With the accelerated pace of life, long time working and using computer, driving, with high pillow, soft bed and other factors, make the person keep a posture for a long time, muscle ligament fatigue, thus accelerating the cervical and lumbar disease; at the same time, increase the change in diet and weight, also can make the disease occurrence. According to some experts, there are more than half of them were under the age of 40, in which they are treating cervical spondylosis patients are young and the young people, the youngest is only two years old.

At the same time, the current treatment of cervical spondylosis of a single method, and can not be eradicated, only from the source to control the deterioration of the disease.Therefore, based on the in-depth investigation of the cervical spine massage instrument: firstly, through the research on product research, market research, user research, technology, and a design idea formed in materials technology, human engineering, value and cost analysis and so on, a design of a beautiful appearance, easy to use. Cervical massage function is rich and the reasonable price of the cost. The second is in need on the main direction of product design, product design and produce various solutions to design sketches of the form, and through analysis and integration, choose the most perfect scheme for further design and complete 2D design, 3D modeling, design color scheme and rendering etc. more complete. The last on the basis of the design has good design scheme, design materials technology, ergonomics and cost accounting aspects to it, through the work to verify whether the design of their products is in line with the science.

After a summary of the design of the product can be worn for a long time the appearance of cervical massage instrument was redefined to increase its self function to make it better service users. According to the user's work environment and the purpose of the use of it, the design from the modeling and color on the adequacy of consideration to make it more beautiful, more in line with the use of the environment.
