摘 要

本设计一层至地上三层为市政管网直供,五至十七层为变频泵供水的给水方式。直供部分从市政给水管网接一根DN50的引入管,另两根DN100的引入管接至地下一层生活水池和消防水池。生活水箱采用装配式钢板水箱,消防水池采用砖砌混凝土结构,置于地下室。排水采用生活污、废水合流制。在部分卫生间排水立·换到排水立管后排出室外。屋面雨水排放选择重力式雨水系统,雨水经屋面雨水斗收集后由雨水管排至检查井。 根据规范,该建筑为一类建筑,属中度危险一级。查表得室外消火栓用水量为30L/s,室内消火栓用水量为40 L/s,每根竖管的最小流量是15 L/s,每只水枪的最小流量是5 L/s,火灾延续时间为3h。消防立管管径为DN100、DN150。在顶层设试验消火栓一个,每个室内消火栓箱内均设有远距离启动消防泵的按钮。该建筑采用湿式自动喷淋灭火系统,报警阀设于地下一层,各层均设水流指示器、末端试水装置和信号阀,其信号均送入消防控制中心进行处理。本工程的自动喷水灭火系统分2个区。

Abstract

Design of water supply and drainage for office building of a Public Security Bureau

The design of the first floor to the ground floor for the direct supply of municipal pipe network, five to seventeen layers for the water supply of variable frequency pump water supply mode three. The direct supply section is connected with a DN50 inlet pipe from the municipal water supply network, and the other two DN100 inlet pipes are connected to a living pool and a fire pool on the ground floor. The living water tank adopts an assembly type steel plate water tank, and the fire fighting tank is made of brick concrete structure and is arranged in the basement. The sewage is combined with sewage and wastewater. Ventilation standpipe is set up beside the drainage pipe in some toilets. The pumping station is drained and collected to the ground floor, and the water collection tank is raised to the inspection well by the submersible sewage pump. Then the waste water is discharged into the municipal drain pipe after being treated by a septic tank. Construction of four floors and above the living sewage pipe in the three floor ceiling, the bathroom sewage pipe properly collected, converted to the drainage riser, discharged outdoor. Roof drainage of gravity type drainage systems, rainwater collected from the roof drain rain water pipe row to check well.

According to the standard, the building is a type of building, a moderate danger level. The tables of outdoor fire hydrant water for 30L/s, indoor water hydrant is 40 L/s, the minimum flow of each standpipe is 15 L/s, the minimum flow of each gun is 5 L/s, the fire duration is 3h. Fire riser pipe diameter is DN100, DN150. A fire hydrant is provided at the top, and a button for starting fire pumps is provided in each indoor fire hydrant box.The building adopts wet automatic sprinkler system, the alarm valve is located on the ground floor, each layer is equipped with water indicator, end water test device and signal valve, and their signals are sent into the fire control center for processing. The sprinkler system in this project is divided into 2 zones.
