简析高层建筑给排水消防系统的设计要点 摘要:城市现代化进程不断加快,为了有效节约城市建设空间,提高土地资源利用率,高层建筑成为城市建筑的主角,高层建筑设计的重要性也不言而喻。

由于高层建筑火灾的扑救难度相对较大,容易造成严重的经济损失和大量的人员伤亡,所以有必要做好高层建筑给排水消防系统的设计工作,提高高层建筑的消防水平。

同时,随着时代的进步,建筑行业与科学技术的结合日益紧密,高层建筑逐渐朝着智能化方向发展,消防系统的自动化程度也越来越高,在做给排水消防设计时也应该与时俱进,做智能化设计。

本文主要从高层建筑消防给排水工程的特点入手,对创新智能在自动喷水灭火系统方面的应用、消防泵房的设计要点、消火栓消防系统的设计要点进行简要分析,意在提高给排水消防系统的科学性、安全性、可靠性、创新性、经济性,为高层建筑的用户提供一个安全稳定的生活空间。

高层建筑由于高度特点,一旦发生火灾所带来的危险将比普通建筑更大,所以其对消防给排水设计的要求也更高。

同时,高层智能建筑作为一种科技含量比较高的建筑,在我国得到了较快地发展,智能建筑正在成为今后建筑行业的发展趋向,消防系统的智能化也越来越高。

为了确保消防系统的安全可靠,就需要对高层智能建筑的消防自动化系统进行科学地设计,以满足不断提高的建筑消防需求。
