工业废水处理现状浅析

Abstract:

With the rapid development of economy, China has been making great progress in manufacturing, mining and some other aspects. At the same time, inevitably, some problems are also arising during these progress. Water pollution is one of them that can not be ignored. The treatment of industrial wastewater is closely related to people's life and industrial production. Different treatment process may correspond with different types of wastewater. The selection of treatment process needs to consider the actual characteristics of wastewater as each treatment process has both advantages and disadvantages. This paper analyzes the present situation of industrial wastewater discharge situation and treatment process, in order to provide valuable idea for the future design of industrial wastewater treatment process.

随着经济快速的发展,我国在制造业,采矿业等方面取得了极大的进步。而同时,不可避免的也暴露出了许多问题。其中,水污染就是一个无法被忽视的问题。工业废水的处理与人们的生活生产息息相关,不同种类的废水有与之对应的处理工艺。而各种工艺有利有弊,需要综合考虑实际情况,本文浅析目前工业废水排放的现状以及处理工艺,以期为将来工业废水处理的设计提供思路。

一、我国工业废水排放现状

据环境统计公报的数据,2009年我国工业废水的排放量占全部废水排放量的40%左右,工业废水对水环境污染的比重较大,已成为当今环境工作亟待解决的重大问题之一。从排放的污染物情况来看,在过去几年我国工业经济和固定资产投资都保持增长的情况下,近几年,工业废水排放总量、化学需氧量排放量和氨氮排放量却都呈现出下降趋势。
