摘 要

本工程为无锡江阴市南门首府这个工程项目，总建筑面积为65765.09平方米。A1-A2#楼：建筑面积为40502.66平方米，地上32-33层，地下1层，高度97.8-100.8米；C4#楼：建筑面积为5354.83平方米，地上2-3层，地下1层，高度10.8-15.3米；W3#楼、D1#变电所、D2#变电所及消控室：建筑面积为1043.67平方米，地上1-2层，地下1层，高度4.9-8.7米；另：地下室面积为18743.83平方米；A1-A2#楼低沉局部架空，架空层面积为120.1平方米。 作为建设单位在招标过程中编制招标文件，主要内容包括：投标须知；合同条款；图纸；评标和定标办法；工程量清单以及必要的附件。其中工程量清单严格依据《江苏省工程量清单计价规则》中的计价办法，根据该工程施工图计算实物工程量。

Survey on the South Gate of Jiangyin capital projects

Abstract

This project is the Wuxi south gate of Jiangyin City, capital of this project, the total construction area of 65765.09 square meters. A1-A2# building: construction area of 40502.66 square metres, 32-33 ground floor, 1 floors underground, 97.8-100.8 m high; C4# building: construction area of 5354.83 square meters, 2-3 ground floor, 1 floors underground, 10.8-15.3 m high; W3# floor, D1# substation,D2# substation and the fire control room: building area of 1043.67 square meters, 1-2 ground floor, 1 floors underground, 4.9-8.7 m high; the other: the basement area of 18743.83 square meters; A1-A2#, a local overhead, overhead floor area of 120.1 square meters. As the construction unit prepare bid invitation documents in the tendering process, the main contents include: the tender notes; the terms of the contract; drawings; evaluation and calibrationmethods; bill of quantities and the necessary accessories. The engineering quantity list strictly on the basis of the "Jiangsu Province engineering quantity list valuation rules" in the valuation methods, the calculation of real engineering quantity according to the construction drawings of the project.
