摘 要

本工程为常州市华宇建筑设计研究院有限公司科研办公楼，总建筑面积为6490.15平方米，建筑高度为29.40米，层数7层，建筑结构形式为框架结构，设计使用年限为50年，建筑结构按六度四级抗震设防，防火设计的建筑分类为二类多层建筑，其耐火等级二级,工程量清单作为招标文件和合同文件的重要组成部分，对于规范招标人计价行为，在技术上避免招标中弄虚作假和暗箱操作以及保证工程款的支付结算都会起到重要作用。招标文件是供应商准备投标文件和参加投标的依据，同时也是评标的重要依据，因为评标是按照招标文件规定的评标标准和方法进行的。这次毕业设计编制招标文件,是对之前所学的理论知识的综合运用，更是将理论结合实践的一次经验。

Abstract

In this project for Changzhou huayu architectural design and research institute co., LTD., scientific research offices, a total construction area of 6490.15 square meters, the construction height is 29.40 meters, layer number of 7 layers, architectural structure for the frame structure, design of use fixed number of year for 50 years, building structure according to the six degrees of level 4 seismic fortification, classification of fire protection design of buildings for 2 kinds of multi-storey building, the fire resistance rating level 2, bill of quantities, as an important part of the tender documents and contract documents, to standardize the tenderer valuation, technically to avoid fraud and manipulation in the tender and to ensure that the project will play an important role for settlement of payment. Is supplier to prepare the tender documents and tender documents to participate in bidding, is also important basis of evaluation, because the evaluation is in accordance with relevant provisions of the bidding documents of the bid assessment standards and methods. Before the graduation design by the tender documents, is to learn the integrated use of the theory of knowledge, but also will be integrating theory and practice experience at a time.

第一章 招标公告

1.1招标条件

本招标项目常州市华宇建筑设计研究院有限公司科研办公楼施工工程 (项目名称)已由 常州建设主管部门 以 ZB-20160505 (批文名称及编号)批准建设，招标人(项目业主)为 常州市华宇建筑设计研究院有限公司 ，建设资金来自 自筹 (资金来源)，项目出资比例为100%。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工进行公开招标。

1.2项目概况与招标范围

本工程为土建、装饰工程，资金来源：100%自筹已全部落实,总建筑面积为6490.15平方米，建筑高度为29.40米，层数7层，建筑结构形式为框架结构，设计使用年限为50年，建筑结构按六度四级抗震设防，防火设计的建筑分类为二类多层建筑，其耐火等级二级。

1.3投标人资格要求

1、投标申请人须是具备建设行政主管部门核发的：房屋建筑施工总承包二级及以上资质的法人或其他组织。项目经理须具有二级及以上注册建造师资格，并具有《建筑施工企业项目负责人安全生产考核合格证书》（绿色封面证书）；项目经理应提供与企业签订的劳动合同及养老保险证明原件(包括《职工养老保险手册》或由社保机构出具的交费证明两种）

2、本次招标 不接受 (接受或不接受)联合体投标。
