摘 要

我国近年来综合国力渐渐提高，各行各业的发展也有了质的变化。随着招投标制度的逐步完善，投标成为建筑企业获取工程项目的基本途径，而正确的编制标书和施工组织，便成为该企业能否获得工程项目的关键。结合老师的要求我将毕业设计的主体内容分为商务标和技术标两大部分。　

商务部分编制的过程中我使用了广联达计价软，反复修改调整最终确定整个工程报价为RMBY：8,815,726.22——投标报价基本合理；技术部分我结合了当地的地形、地貌、水文条件，从基础工程到屋面工程，详细制定了施工方案，并特别考虑到雨季、冬季、暑期等特殊时期的施工措施。施工进度以网络图方式展示了整个工程的施工计划，确定工期为212天，并以资金流量图，总平面布置图，机械，材料供应计划表，组织机构图等使该部分的表达更加全面。

ABSTRACT

China's comprehensive national strength has gradually improved, and the development of all walks of life has also undergone qualitative changes in recent years. With the gradual improvement of the bidding system, bidding has become the basic way for construction enterprises to obtain engineering projects, and the correct preparation of bids and construction organization has become the key for the enterprises to obtain engineering projects. Combined with the requirements of the teacher, I divided the main content of the graduation project into two parts: business bid and technical bid.

In the process of preparing the commercial part, I used the pricing software of Guanglianda, repeatedly revised and adjusted, and finally determined that the price of the whole project was RMBY: 8815, 726.22 - the bidding price is basically reasonable; in the technical part, I have formulated the construction plan in detail, combining the local topography, landform and hydrological conditions, from the basic engineering to the roof engineering, and especially considered the construction measures in rainy season, winter, summer and other special periods. The construction schedule shows the construction plan of the whole project in the form of network diagram. The construction period is determined as 212 days, and the expression of this part is more comprehensive with capital flow diagram, general layout, machinery, material supply schedule, organization chart, etc.
