摘 要

本文借助查阅资料以及分析案例等方法，探讨基于BIM的项目管理模式应用，所得结论对于BIM技术和项目管理模式的发展有一定指引意义。论文一开始分析BIM和项目管理模式各自的内涵与特点，了解BIM在国内外的研究与应用状况及优势与特点。然后研究BIM在项目管理中的运用，即BIM在建设工程全寿命周期各阶段的运用及各参与方实施BIM的受益情况，建立基于BIM的项目管理模式的评价指标体系，分析适用情况与选择策略。

研究结果表明：BIM的应用为项目管理的发展带来巨大变革，为建设工程项目各参与方在建设工程全寿命周期的各阶段提供信息交流的技术平台，架起建筑行业走向信息化的桥梁，对项目管理模式的发展产生巨大推动作用。

我国的BIM技术仍处于初级阶段，BIM在项目管理模式中的应用和研究较少，本文抛砖引玉，相信后续会有更多对该领域深入、系统的研究，更会有项目管理者不断探索、改进，由此BIM在项目管理模式中的应用将有很大的研究与发展空间。

Abstract

By means of literature, case analysis and other methods, this paper explores the application of the model of project management based on BIM. The conclusions have a certain guiding significance for the development of BIM and project management. First of all, the paper analyzes the meanings and characteristics of project management mode and BIM , and understands the research and application status and feature of BIM at home and broad. In the second place, the paper studies the application of BIM in project management, that is, the application of BIM in various stages in the whole life of construction project and participants applying BIM, getting a lot of benefits. Then, The paper establishes the evaluation index system based on project management model based on BIM and explains the application and selection strategy of project management model based on BIM. Last but not the least, the theory is further supported by the case.

The results show that the application of BIM has brought great change to the development of project management. It provides a technical platform for the information exchange of all parties involved in the whole life of construction project. Moreover, BIM bridges the connection to information and becomes the tool in the construction industry.

BIM technology in China is still in its infancy. Its actual applications and related researches in project management mode are relatively rare. I believe there will be increasing follow-up researches that are in-depth and systemic.Thus BIM will certainly have room for significant growth in the application of BIM in the project management model.
