摘 要

越来越多的人喜欢去旅游，去享受生活。传统的住宿，还是依托于众多的酒店以及宾馆，但其实民宿这一概念，正在年轻人中慢慢兴起。民宿相对于酒店来说，能给旅途中的人带来更多“家”的感觉，提供的服务相比酒店来说有过之而无不及。现在民宿的种类也越来越多，有在喧嚣中寻一隅安静的城市民宿，有体验大自然和风土人情的乡村民宿，本设计是将乡村民宿和洛阳的窑洞元素有机结合，表现内容主要是体现室内空间的当地元素和软装效果，室外建筑造型设计以及部分户外空间，通过对周边环境的考察以及设计方向的思考，结合当地的窑洞元素和传统材料，让民宿不再仅仅成为一个居住的机器，而要让他成为更人性化，更多功能的空间。除了让游客体会到当地的风土人情，同时还是实现环境的可持续，让这方土地成为可持续发展的旅游空间。21世纪的城市和乡村已经在可持续以及维持整体自然平衡的情况下和平相处。窑洞作为一种生土建筑，不仅能够节约了资源和土地，同时具有强烈的地域文化特点，在改造乡土民宿这方面，建设部门往往因为窑洞的通风采光不佳、容易塌陷等问题而放弃，但其实我们利用好窑洞这个元素，就地取材，往往可以一举多得，同时将民宿打造成当地传统文化品牌。

Abstract

More and more people like to travel and enjoy life. Traditional accommodation still relies on numerous hotels and guesthouses, but in fact, the concept of home stay is rising among young people. Compared with hotels, homestays can bring more "home" feeling to people on the journey and provide even better services. Home stay facility type more and more, now has a home stay facility in the noise in a corner of a quiet city, have experience of nature and local conditions and customs of the country home stay facility, this design is the organic combination of rural home stay facility and luoyang caves elements, content is mainly reflect the local elements of interior space and soft outfit effect, outdoor architectural modeling design and some of the outdoor space, based on the investigation to the surrounding environment as well as the direction of design thinking, combined with local cave elements and traditional materials, make home stay facility is no longer just a living machine, and want him to be more human, more space. In addition to allowing visitors to experience the local customs and practices, but also to achieve environmental sustainability, let this land become a sustainable development of tourism space. Cities and villages in the 21st century are already at peace with each other in a way that is sustainable and maintains the overall balance of nature. Caves as a raw soil building, not only can save resources and land, has strong regional culture characteristics at the same time, in transforming a local home stay facility, often because of cave construction department poorly ventilated daylighting, easy to collapse and give up, but we make good use of cave this element, use local materials, often can be fully staffed, at the same time will into the local traditional culture brand of home stay facility.

第一章 绪论

1.1研究的目的和意义

现代社会人们生活压力很大，长时间生活在喧闹的城市中容易身心俱疲，出门旅行成为很好的休闲方式。但是单纯的旅行也会使人过度劳累，把户外运动和风景区结合在一起，做一个度假型项目，娱乐和休闲为一体也不失为一个好办法。同时将传统的地域文化和民宿设计相结合，让民宿不再成为一个居住的机器，而是成了更人性化的空间，既要能体会到当地的风土人情，也要实现环境可持续。

设计主要是研究新颖、环保、舒适又带有传统风味的民宿空间。以度假和休闲为主要目的的民宿设计，民宿是为游客提供体验富有地域文化特色生活的场所。作为度假休闲的地方，不仅要给游客提供舒适的场所，同时还要有传统文化的加持，民宿要让地域的特点更加明显。民宿不光光是给游客提供休息的地方，也是让地域文化发展的一种途径。好的民宿不仅带动旅游业的发展而且还能带动经济的增长。现在的洛书小镇民宿还没落地，对于整体形势分析较为清晰，但是具体的室内设计还未定性。为了营造一个整体氛围很好的空间，不光是打造民宿品牌，同时将周边环境可持续，打造一个高质量民宿，让民宿不再仅仅成为一个居住的机器，而要让他成为更人性化，更多功能的空间。

1.2民宿类型和区别

1.2.1民宿类型

近年来我国民宿行业发展迅猛，一是我国的自然资源十分丰富，山川湖海、森林沙漠等各种景观，而民宿大部分也是以这些地方进行选址，融合当地的人文和地域风貌。

郭巍巍的《基于生态化背景下的豫西靠崖式窑洞旅游民宿改造设计研究》从几个方面分析了民宿的类型。首先从建造类型上说可以分为新建民宿和民宿改造。新建民宿就是在选定场地上重新规划设计，打造一个有一体风格的民宿类型。民宿改造是在原有民居等基础上，进行扩充翻新改造，因地制宜。
