摘 要

随着我国社会老龄化状况的加剧，我国老年人人口数量也在大量增长。通过调查研究可以发现，随着年龄的增长，老年人的生理防御功能、代谢功能等都在下降，同时，部分老年人患有慢性疾病，需要长期服药，这会导致老年人平时的用药量增加。老年人未能按时按量服用药品，这在一定程度上会损害老年人的健康。而现在市场上的药箱，种类繁多、功能不一，但在使用中都还存在着各种各样的问题。

本文从工业设计的方向进行设计，将老年用户作为研究对象，并深入访谈和一系列的用户观察，对老年用户的生活方式进行分析并总结用户的生理及心理需求并挖掘药箱设计需求点，确定了家用药箱的功能和模块分类。本设计运用人机工程学和交互设计的理论知识，并根据“以人为本”的原则，根据老年人的使用需求确定智能药箱的人机尺寸的设计范围和功能分区。本设计从结构和外观上，来满足用户的安全性需求，满足用户的对产品的功能需求。

Design of Intelligent Medicine Box for the Elderly

Abstract

With the aggravation of the aging of our society, the number of the elderly population is also increasing. Through investigation and research, it can be found that with the growth of age, the physiological defense function and metabolism function of the elderly are declining. At the same time, some of the elderly suffer from chronic diseases and need to take medicine for a long time, which will lead to the increase of the amount of medicine used by the elderly at ordinary times. The old people fail to take the medicine on time and according to the quantity, which will damage the health of the old people to a certain extent. However, there are many kinds of medicine boxes in the market with different functions, but there are still various problems in use.

In this paper, we design from the direction of industrial design, take the elderly users as the research object, and conduct in-depth interviews and a series of user observations, analyze the lifestyle of the elderly users, summarize the physiological and psychological needs of users, excavate the demand points of drug box design, and determine the function and module classification of the domestic drug box. This design uses the theoretical knowledge of ergonomics and interactive design, and according to the principle of "people-oriented", according to the use needs of the elderly, designs the design scope and functional partition of the human-machine dimension of the intelligent medicine box. The design from the structure and appearance, to meet the security needs of users, to meet the functional needs of users.

第一章 前期调研

本章主要内容：以老年人家用药箱为设计前提，对家用药箱进行市场、技术、产品、用户、人机调研，并结合家用医疗产品的市场及用户需求，确定自己的设计定位。

1.1 家用药箱调研

1.1.1家用药箱的概念及分类

家用药箱是家中必备的物品之一，它是在家庭中被用户用来存放药品和医疗工具的。家庭药箱可以分成传统药箱和智能药箱两种。

传统药箱是家中急救或常用药品和常用医疗器械集中存放的箱子，这种集中存放药品的箱子，便于收纳。家用药箱一般使用塑料、金属、木质或者其他材质作为制作材料。与传统的药箱不同的是，智能药箱是在传统药箱的基础上设计和改进的。它具有多种功能，更加智能化，更能满足消费者的需求，解决用药人群痛点的智能药箱。

1.1.2家用药箱的发展

我国大多数家庭都有家用药箱，基本上只是用来存放药品的，只是起到存放药品的作用，药箱放置和用药不当对人们的身体健康会有很大的隐患。但是随着人们生活条件的改善和个人健康意识的提高，智能药箱正走进普通百姓的家，基于家用普通传统药箱的基础上还能起到监控储存环境、详细讲解药品信息、提醒用药等作用。

1.1.3智能药箱行业分析

如今，中国也面临着人口老龄化的问题，这种现象是指由于青年人口的减少和老年人口的增加，老年人口所占的比例在呈动态化的增加。从2030年到2050年，老年人口增长迅速，中国老年人口总量预计将超过4亿，老龄化水平将达到30%以上。同时许多老年人患有各种慢性病，需长期服药。通常，只有不超过一半的老年人出于各种原因遵守医生的命令，即半数老年人不按医嘱服药。除过量用药引起的毒性反应外，经常出现不按时服药、剂量不足等情况，使症状难以控制。突然停药也可能引起停药综合征或部分药物反弹症状，或在治疗传染病时产生耐药性。
