摘 要

随着城市的快速发展，人们对于高效的城市生活产生越来越强烈的需求。智能公交站台，作为城市居民与公共交通接触的最直接的地点，已经成为了一个重要的研究方向。好的智能公交站台能对我们的生活有很大的帮助。当前我国很多城市都已经开始了智能公交站牌的安装研究，不过仍存在许多问题，所以现阶段需要继续进行关于这方面的研究。

本文通过对公共设施中智能公交站牌的发展历程和现状进行研究分析，把国内外智能公交站牌设计的情况进行了对比分析，所得结果对于将来的智能公交站设计有重要的指导意义。

论文主要研究了国内外公交站台与交互设计的应用现状，并通过对现状的分总结出几个不足的方面，然后根据身边实例进行一个智能公交站台的设计。

研究结果表明：我国现有的智能公共站牌设施大多存在功能缺乏、交互内容单一和用户体验不足的问题，对比国外来说，具有发展不够全面的特征，仍需努力。

本文的特色：专注于事实的比对研究，分析细致，客观公正，并通过自己的设计构思提出了一定的解决措施。

Abstract

With the rapid development of the city, people have more and more strong demand for efficient urban life. Intelligent bus station, as the city residents and public transport contact with the most direct location, has become an important research direction. A good smart bus stop has a lot to do in our lives. At present, many cities in our country have already started the installation of intelligent bus stop test, but there are still many problems, so at this stage need to continue on this research.

In this paper, through the analysis of the development process and current situation of intelligent bus stop in public facilities, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the design of intelligent bus stop at home and abroad, and the results are of great significance for the future design of intelligent bus station.

This paper mainly studies the application status of bus station and interactive design at home and abroad, and summarizes several shortcomings by summarizing the present situation, and then designs the intelligent bus station according to the example.

The results show that there are many problems in the existing intelligent public station facilities, such as single function, single interactive content and lack of user experience. Compared with foreign countries, there is still not enough comprehensive development.

The characteristics of this article: focus on the fact of the comparative study, analysis of meticulous, objective and fair, and through their own design ideas put forward some measures to solve.

第1章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

随着我们的城市的发展，我们渴求更加快捷高效化的城市生活，而这离不开城市公共设施。城市公共设施是一个承载着与人沟通的重任的产品，所以交互设计一样在其中起到重要的作用。在普通设计“造物”的理解之外，交互设计拥有截然不同的模式，它是在物的基础上，对人的行为的创造。^[1]最早的人机交互来自计算机的出现，人们对精准操纵计算机的迫切需求激发了交互设计这种人机界面设计的产生。所以在智能化的今天，产品的好坏已经不仅仅是由产品的质量来决定。在每个厂家都有能力生产出质量过硬的产品的基础上，由设计为主导的软实力已经成为产品的核心竞争力。^[2]

现在，城市公共设施建设的大体发展趋势就是智能化，在不断提高的智能城市技术和社会经济发展的驱动下，越来越多的智能设备替代了传统的公共设施，公共空间中的智能设施不可避免地增加，种类也逐渐丰富。这种发展趋势，不仅是为了提高居民的日常城市生活的质量，也是为了降低人工成本。在这个过程中，城市的公共设施逐渐成长为通过互动提供基本公共服务的设施，这也就意味着交互设计成为了这些公共设施在设计时的一个关键步骤。^[3]

智能公交站台是这些年智能公共设施发展过程中备受关注的一个方向。一方面，很多城市的路面交通依然面临着很严重的问题，堵车是家常便饭，同时空气质量也越来越差，影响居民的日常生活。另一方面，好的城市公交系统可以很大程度上便捷市民的日常出行，从而降低市民的购车欲望，达到缓解路面压力和节能环保的效果。所以，关于智能化公交系统的研究也在不断增长，成为一个新的热点。智能化公交站台作为与乘客的直接进行交互的部分自然而然地备受关注。
