摘 要
本课题设计了车辙实验系统的上位机监控软件。车辙实验系统有助于检测沥青路面的材料质量,有助于增强沥青路面的抗磨损能力,从而降低路面的安全隐患。
本文涉及到的硬件有轮碾成型机、车辙仪和试件,并主要进行了基于LabVIEW的软件设计。由NI公司所研发的LabVIEW是虚拟仪器的代表,是一种编译型图形化编程软件,它使得枯燥、深奥的编程语言转换为了简单易懂的图形及连线。本文简述了虚拟仪器的发展背景,说明了选择LabVIEW的理由以及LabVIEW的简介。
本文重点讲述了车辙系统的上位机监控软件,整个监控软件是由欢迎界面、稳定度实验界面和打印曲线三个子界面组成,在欢迎界面设有操作按钮,可以由此进入稳定度实验界面以及打印曲线界面。在稳定度实验界面XY图上显示压力值和位移值的曲线图。在其右侧有多列列表框,可以实时显示实验数据方便查看,并可将其保存到excel文档中,文件名以时间命名。实验结束后,在打印曲线界面,用户可以随时调出某个实验的数据并将曲线输出到文件中以供打印。

Design of PC monitoring software for the rutting experiment system on LabVIEW
Abstract
This paper designs the PC monitoring software of the rut test system, The experimental system of rut can help to detect the quality of asphalt pavement,it can help strengthen the wear resistance of asphalt pavement,so as to reduce the safety hazard of pavement.
The hardware of this paper is wheel mill, Che Zheyi and specimen,and the software design based on LabVIEW is mainly. The LabVIEW, which is developed by NI, is the representative of virtual instrument,it is a compiled graphical programming software,it makes dull, esoteric programming language to the simple and easy to understand graphics and connection. The development background of virtual instrument is briefly introduced in this paper,explain the reasons for choosing LabVIEW and the introduction of LabVIEW.
This paper focuses on the monitoring software of the PC system,the whole monitoring software is welcome interface, stability, experimental interface and print curves composed of three sub-interface, with action button in the welcome screen, you can enter this experimental interface and print stability curve screen. In the stability experiment interface XY chart shows the pressure value and the graph of displacement. Multiple columns to the right of the list box, you can easily view the real-time display of experimental data, and save it to excel document, the file name to time named. After the end of the experiment, the curve in the print interface, users can always call up an experimental data and curve output to a file for printing.
