磁悬浮轴承模糊控制研究毕业论文

摘 要
磁悬浮轴承是机械与电力结合的产物。相比于传统的轴承,它因为不存在机械接触因而拥有一定的优势,比如说不会产生摩擦、热量,也就不需要用到润滑油了。本篇论文对磁悬浮进行简单的介绍,首先从背景出发,简单介绍了磁悬浮的部分研究历程,然后介绍了国内外的一些情况,接着谈它的发展趋势和研究现状;接着介绍了它的分类与特点;然后对磁悬浮轴承的工作原理和理论进行了分析;最后本文通过对多个自由度的磁悬浮轴承解耦控制,将其分解成单个自由度的磁轴承来把复杂的问题简单化。以单自由度的磁悬浮轴承作为例子,建立磁悬浮轴承的数学模型,设计磁悬浮轴承的控制器,在MATLAB上通过模糊控制将控制器的模型建立起来,进行仿真。本篇论文相对于其他的论文来说简单很多,对磁悬浮轴承的控制器设计具有参考意义。

MATLAB simulation based on fuzzy controller
Abstract
Magnetic bearing is the product of mechanical and electric power. Compared to traditional bearings, it has a certain advantage because there is no mechanical contact, for example, will not generate friction, heat, also do not need to use the oil. This thesis of magnetic levitation of simple introduction, first of all from the background of magnetic part of the research process are briefly introduced, and then introduces some situations at home and abroad, went on to talk about the development trend and current research; then introduced the classification and characteristics; and the working principle and theory of magnetic bearings are analyzed; finally, through the multiple degree of freedom magnetic bearing decoupling control, the decomposed into single degree of freedom magnetic bearing in the complex problem is simplified. With a single degree of freedom magnetic bearing as an example, a magnetic bearing of the mathematical model of the design of magnetic bearing controller, in MATLAB according to the fuzzy control to set up a model of the controller, the simulation was done. Compared with other papers, this paper is much simpler, and provides some suggestions for the controller design of magnetic bearings.
