海上风压站环境控制冗余系统设计与实现毕业论文

摘 要

海上风压站上的环境是多变的,且现场控制系统的可靠性和安全性是人们关注的重点领域,而容错技术的应用是提高系统可靠性的有效手段,因此,为了提高海上风压站控制系统的可靠性和安全性,我们采用先进的PLC设计一套行之有效的冗余控制系统,并将其应用在海上风压站。

海上风压站包括5个典型的工况室,包括二次蓄电池室、通讯蓄电池室、暖通机房、GIS室和柴油发电机室,涵盖空调系统、恒温恒湿系统和排风系统,本文采用PLC S7-400H对其进行环境冗余控制系统设计,概述了PLC发展、S7-400H冗余工作原理、冗余方式和冗余技术发展。本文系统的设计采取Hardware方式,采用硬件一比一的方式对电源、通信、CPU和I/O接口等进行冗余设计,通过CAD对现场的硬件接线图进行绘制,并利用STEP7编写相关控制程序。经过测试,本文所设计的冗余控制方案可以满足海上风压站的可靠性和安全性指标,使海上风压站实现无人值守。另外,本文研究课题主要目的是将PLC S7-400H冗余技术应用在海上工作站上,提高海上工作的security和reliability,也希望能够为S7-400H PLC冗余技术的研究与应用提供一定的参考。

Design and Implementation of Environmental Control Redundancy System for Offshore Wind Pressure Station

Abstract

The environment on the offshore wind pressure station is changeable, and the reliability and safety of the field control system are the key areas of concern. The application of fault tolerance technology is an effective means to improve the reliability of the system. Therefore, in order to improve the offshore wind pressure For the reliability and safety of the station control system, we adopt an advanced PLC to design an effective redundant control system and apply it to the offshore wind pressure station.

The offshore wind pressure station includes 5 typical working condition rooms, including secondary battery room, communication battery room, HVAC room, GIS room and diesel generator room, covering air conditioning system, constant temperature and humidity system and exhaust system. PLC S7-400H carries on the design of its environment redundant control system, outlines the development of PLC, S7-400H redundant working principle, redundant mode and redundant development. In this paper, the design of the fault-tolerant system adopts the Hardware method, and uses the hardware one-to-one method to perform redundant design on power supply, communication, CPU and I / O interfaces, etc., draws the on-site hardware wiring diagram through CAD, and uses STEP7 to write relevant controls The program, after testing, the redundant control scheme designed in this paper can meet the reliability and safety index of the offshore wind pressure station, making the offshore wind pressure station unattended. In addition, the main purpose of the research topic in this paper is to apply PLC S7-400H redundancy technology to offshore workstations to improve the security and reliability of offshore work. I also hope to provide some reference for the research and application of S7-400H PLC redundancy technology.
