基于PY-GC-MS的污泥热裂解机理研究毕业论文

摘 要
随着经济的日益发展,城市污水的排放量和处理量日益增多。污泥产生量也随之增大。如果部队污泥进行恰当的处理,则很容易会对环境造成再一次的破坏。而以前我们对污泥的处理方法都会对环境造成再一次的污染(如卫生填埋、堆肥、焚烧和建材利用等)。因此,寻找新的污泥处置方式,使其稳定化、无害化、减量化、资源化,成为环境污染治理中迫切需要解决的问题。而污泥热裂解技术具有不产生二噁英、能够固化重金属、能量利用率高等特点在世界范围内引起广泛注。
因此,本文以污泥热裂解为主题,利用py-gc-ms技术对污泥热烈解的机理进行简单的研究和分析。为了更好地对污泥热裂解进行研究,在污泥中掺入不同比例的松木屑,研究何种掺混比最有利于污泥热裂解。不同的热裂解温度对混合原料热裂解的影响。将实验得到的数据进行分析、筛选,并制成图表的形式,利用Origin软件将数据制成峰图,利用chemdraw软件将峰值化合物的分子图画出。
从图表的分析可以看出不同松木屑掺混比下,混合原料的热裂解产物分布有较大差异,在松木屑掺混比较高时,热裂解产物中来源于纤维素和半纤维的分解占主要部分,而污泥中的酚、醛等各种化合物的含量相比降低。不同的热裂解温度在原料完全热裂解并不会对热裂解产物产生太大影响。

Abstract
With the development of the economy, the amount of sewage and the amount of sewage in urban areas are increasing. The amount of sludge generated also increased. If the troops of the sludge to properly handle, it is easy to cause another damage to the environment. And before we deal with the sludge will cause another environmental pollution (such as sanitary landfill, composting, burning and building materials, etc.). Therefore, to find a new way of sludge disposal, to stabilize, harmless, reduced, resource-based, environmental pollution control in the urgent need to solve the problem. The sludge pyrolysis technology has not produced dioxin, can cure heavy metals, high energy efficiency in the world caused widespread attention.
Therefore, this paper takes the pyrolysis as the theme, and uses py-gc-ms technology to study and analyze the mechanism of the strong solution of sludge. In order to better study the pyrolysis of sludge, it is most beneficial to the sludge pyrolysis by incorporating different proportions of pine wood in the sludge. Effect of Different Pyrolysis Temperature on Pyrolysis of Mixed Materials. The data obtained from the experiment were analyzed, screened and made into the form of graphs. The data were plotted using Origin software, and the molecular plot of the peak compound was plotted using chemdraw software.
From the analysis of the graphs, it can be seen that the distribution of pyrolysis products of mixed raw materials is different under different pine wood blending ratio. When the blending of pine wood is relatively high, the decomposition of cellulose and hemi-fibers The main part, while the sludge in the phenol, aldehyde and other compounds compared to the content of reduced. Different pyrolysis temperatures in the raw material are completely pyrolyzed and do not have much effect on the pyrolysis products.

1.1生物质利用现状(污泥)
生物质是可以从植物和动物再生的除石油、天然气等然燃料以外的所有有机物质,生物质能是绿色植物通过光合作用将太阳能转化为化学能,直接或间接地储存在植物中的能量。
