摘 要
随着全球航运业对不可再生能源的巨大消耗,释放出大量温室气体,加速了全球变暖;对于现有的船舶动力系统,合理化地管理船舶能量分布从而节约能源成为一个不可忽视的问题,做好船舶的节能工作,从而有效降低运输成本已经成为航运界的一大呼声;潜在的燃料通过提高能效,可以为船舶降低运输成本。工信部等《智能船舶发展行动计划(2019-2021年)》规定,把智能能效管理当做智能船舶“一个平台 N个智能应用”的重要组成部分。船舶作为大耗能设(装)备,其节能、新能源技术的研发,尤其是船舶能效管理的提高,是需要逐步应用于船舶管理上的迫切课题。
论文首先阐述了智能能效管理国内外研究现状。在此基础上,进一步探讨了船舶能效管理策略与智能化研究。对船舶能源管理和能耗评估进行分析,并将现有智能化技术应用到船舶管理中,引用了船舶管理智能化系统,并对系统进行了设计。接着从混合动力船舶的特点分析混合动力船舶能效管理的方法,对照了机器学习算法在能效数据挖掘中的应用,并选取了五种算法进行能效数据的挖掘,在数据挖掘系统中,基于MATLAB平台对构建出了框架。最后,分析了MATLAB对于PYTHON在可视化程度方面和运行效率上所取得的优点。

With the huge consumption of non-renewable energy in the global shipping industry, a large amount of greenhouse gases are released, which accelerates global warming; for the existing ship power system, rationally managing the ship's energy distribution to save energy has become a problem that cannot be ignored. Good energy-saving work for ships, thereby effectively reducing transportation costs has become a big cry in the shipping industry; potential fuels can reduce transportation costs for ships by improving energy efficiency. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other "Smart Ship Development Action Plan (2019-2021)" stipulates that intelligent energy efficiency management should be regarded as an important part of "one platform N smart applications" for smart ships. As a large energy-consuming equipment (ship), the research and development of energy-saving and new energy technologies, especially the improvement of ship energy efficiency management, are urgent issues that need to be gradually applied to ship management.
The thesis first elaborates the research status of intelligent energy efficiency management at home and abroad. On this basis, the ship energy efficiency management strategy and intelligent research are further discussed. Analyze the ship energy management and energy consumption assessment, apply the existing intelligent technology to ship management, quote the ship management intelligent system, and design the system. Then, based on the characteristics of hybrid ships, the method of energy efficiency management of hybrid ships is analyzed. The application of machine learning algorithms in energy efficiency data mining is compared, and five algorithms are selected for energy efficiency data mining. In the data mining system, based on MATLAB platform The framework is built. Finally, the advantages of MATLAB for PYTHON in terms of visualization degree and operating efficiency are analyzed.
