摘 要

随着经济的发展，发生在酒店的火灾频繁出现。由于酒店的楼层高、建筑面积大、可燃物多而集中，在发生火灾时，燃烧猛烈，火势蔓延快，酒店的人员多疏散不容易，无法保证有效和成功的扑灭着火的地点。故发生在酒店的火灾是非常严重的，一旦发生将造成不可估量的损失。因此有必要针对酒店设计一套消防报警与联动系统设计，能在火灾初期就发出警报。

本毕业设计主要完成某酒店消防报警与联动系统设计，用以实现对火灾进行早期探测和自动报警，并根据火情及其位置及时启动相应灭火设施，进行灭火，减少或避免火灾造成的人员及财物损失，满足对消防自动化系统的高要求。根据规范要求，确定系统方案，进行控制中心、探测回路、消防广播系统和警报装置、消防电话系统、消防联动控制系统等的设计工作。通过安装在每个房间、过道等处的光电感烟探测器、感温探测器等，自动捕捉被监测区域内火灾发生初期的烟雾和火苗信号。当信号达到报警阈值便发出声、光报警，并且自动接通有关设备，驱动相关灭火装置，如消防给水、火灾区域隔离和排烟系统，实现火灾监测、报警和灭火的自动化。将火灾的损失降到最低。

Due to high, building the floor hotel large area and more than combustible in and concentrated, when a fire, the fire, burning violently spread fast, hotel personnel is much evacuation not easy, cannot assure effective and successful extinguish fire site. It happened in the hotel fire is very serious, once produce will cause theirown losses. So it is necessary to design a set for hotel fire alarm and linkage system design, can in fire alarms early

The graduation design, the main finish a hotel fire alarm and linkage system design to fire, for realizing automatic alarm for early detection and location, and according to the fire and timely startup corresponding fire-fighting facilities, extinguishing, reduce or avoid fires personnel and property loss, meet the fire-fighting automation system for the high demand. According to the standard requirement, determine control system scheme, detection circuit, fire control center radio system and alarm system, fire-fighting telephone system, fire control system design linkage. By installing in each room, corridor of the place such as the light smoke detectors, feeling inductor temperature detector etc, automatic capturing monitored region of the early fire smoke and flames signal. 1.1 建筑火灾的危害性

随着经济的发展，发生在酒店的火灾频繁出现。由于酒店的楼层高、建筑面积大、可燃物多而集中，在发生火灾时，燃烧猛烈，火势蔓延快，酒店的人员多疏散不容易，无法保证有效和成功的扑灭着火的地点。故发生在酒店的火灾是非常严重的，一旦发生将造成不可估量的损失。酒店火灾事故的严重性，在于它不发生则已，一旦发生，极可能演变成不同于一般火灾的恶性火灾。酒店火灾燃烧猛烈，蔓延快，燃烧累积面积大。火灾发生在越下层，其危害性越大。火灾伤亡大，由于高层建筑累积面积空间大，逃生路途长，或楼内汇集的人员多，供逃生的安全通道和出吕有限，要疏散人群很困难。经济损失特别大。酒店火灾扑救困难。高层建筑由于楼房高、结构和使用性质上的复杂性，可燃物多而集中，导致燃烧快而凶猛，最健全有效的组织和现代化的装备，也无法保证有效和成功的扑灭高层建筑的火灾。因此有必要针对酒店设计一套消防报警与联动系统设计，能在火灾初期就发出警报。
