一种高速公路交通锥排布回收装置结构设计的文献综述

摘要

交通锥作为高速公路上重要的警示工具对道路安全起到至关重要的作用。而传统的人工排布回收交通锥的方式不仅效率低，而且随着劳动成本的不断上升，对工作人员也有不小的安全隐患。本文归纳综述了国内外交通锥排布回收装置的研究现状，国外此类装备起步早发展快，而国内还未有全自动的此类产品。同时，此前的半自动与全自动排布回收装置多半结构复杂，使用寿命不高，保养维修成本高。本次采用的机构结构简单，效率高，且易于保养及维修，能减少公路施工人员的工作量，大大提升公路施工除障的作业效率。

Literature review on structural design of a kind of traffic cone arrangement recovery device for Expressway

Abstract

As an important warning tool on expressway, traffic cones play an important role in road safety. However, the traditional way of manually arranging and recycling traffic cones is not only inefficient, but also with the rising labor costs, there are many security risks for the staff. This paper summarizes the research status of traffic cone arrangement recovery device at home and abroad. This kind of equipment starts early and develops rapidly abroad, but there is no fully automatic product in China. At the same time, most of the previous semi-automatic and full-automatic arrangement recycling devices have complex structure, low service life and high maintenance cost. The structure of the mechanism is simple, high efficiency, and easy to maintain and repair, which can reduce the workload of highway construction personnel and greatly improve the efficiency of highway construction.
