摘 要

随着经济的发展，企业规模的不断扩大，妥善完整的保管仓库中企业生产的产品显得尤为重要。物流行业的发展，使得越来越多的生产企业意识到库存管理的重要性与必要性。在如今中小企业不断倒下的今天，库存大量压缩企业的流动资金。利用物流管理的知识，科学性的解决企业库存管理的问题，乃是一个企业不得不面对的问题。如今，各企业之间的竞争异常激烈，旧的管理模式已经不能适应这种新的需要，所以各大企业都在积极改善他们的管理。本文主要阐述库存产生的原因及库存控制存在的问题，分析并解决这些矛盾及问题。将库存控制在一个合理的水平，既可满足企业的生产需要，又可降低库存管理成本，加大资金周转。因此，如何优化企业的库存管理水平降低成本，提升企业竞争力是每个企业都亟待解决的问题。文章以东明公司为例，通过对公司内部库存现状分析，找出其库存管理所存在的问题，结合相关的库存控制的理论知识，对其存在的问题，提出改建意见并加以解决。

ABSTRACT

With the development of economy, the enlargement of the scale of enterprises, to properly complete storage warehouse in the production of products is very important. The development of the logistics industry, more and more enterprises realize the importance and necessity of inventory management. In today's small and medium enterprises continue to fall today,compress the liquidity inventory. The use of logistics management, inventory management enterprises to solve scientific problems, but an enterprise must face the problem. Nowadays, the competition between enterprises is fierce, the old management model has been unable to meet the new needs, so the big-companies are actively improve their management. This paper mainly expounds the existing problems and inventory control inventory to produce,analyze and solve these contradictions and problems. Control the inventory at a reasonable level, which can meet the need of production enterprises, but also can reduce the inventory cost, increase the turnover of capital. Therefore,how to optimize the inventory management of enterprise to reduce costs,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is every enterprise needs to solve problems. Taking Dong-ming as an example, through the analysis of international inventory situation, find out the existing problems of inventory management, combined with relevant theoretical knowledge of the inventory control, the existing problems, put forward to rebuild opinions and solve.

第一章 绪论

1.1 论文的研究背景

随着企业越来越多的从全球视角来看待经营,世界各国产业都极大的依赖于物流的管理水平和成本,物流在企业里起着越来越重要的作用,成为越来越重要的一部分。各国的企业都通过加强物流的成本管理,将物流成本从生产经营成本中分离出来,按照统一标准进行物流活动的专项费用的统计核算,把各项物流活动通过成本加以掌握,以此对物流活动进行有效的控制,并对物流合理化程度作出客观的评价，这样可以使物流系统不断完善,以最低成本实现最优物流服务。所以,物流一直以来被称为企业的第三大利润源泉。从成本控制的总体趋势看,发达国家都已经有效地将物流的成本控制在了很小的范围内 。

在物流成本中,库存成本便是其中重要一环。将库存成本有效的降低到最小,是库存管理研究中最重要的一环,随着社会的发展和生产力水品的不断提高,客户对产品的要求也不再是仅仅得到商品,他们要求的是如何更快速,可靠的得到商品。库存管理和库存控制将成为解决这一问题的核心。
