摘 要

随着生产行业的快速进步，如何对仓储流程进行合理的优化成为了该行业的重中之重，X公司为了提高对同行业企业的竞争力现如今迫切的需求进行改变，仓储流程的优化则是它们的首要目标。

本文从仓储的库存、库位、信息传递以及物流等方面等多个角度出发找出原仓储流程的不合理、不经济之处，运用物流信息系统、运输管理、货位管理、库存管理、仓储与搬运管理等方法对所发现的问题提出具体优化方案。其中包括：对货架位置重新布局、软硬件设备的改进、相关工作内容的重新分配、新物流方案的设想以及设备与人员的调整等。本文所设计的方案能够在进行布置优化之时能够使其经济成本下降，信息传递更加迅速，配货方案更便捷且符合人体工程学，以及物流更加简单快捷，从而提高效率和服务质量，最终提高企业竞争力。

The Analysis And Optimization Of The Company’s Warehousing Process

ABSTRACT

With the rapid progress of manufacturing industry, how to reasonable optimization of storage process has become a priority among priorities of the industry, X company in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises is an urgent demand to change, optimize the storage process is the primary goal of their.

In this paper, from the point of view of the storage, storage and delivery of information and logistics and other aspects of finding the original storage process is not reasonable, not the economy, using the logistics information system, transportation management, storage management, inventory management, warehousing and transportation management, storage space allocation standard method of the proposed optimization scheme specific. These include: re layout of shelf position, improvement of hardware and software equipment, redistribution of related work, assumption of new logistics plan, adjustment of equipment and personnel, etc.. The design can make the economic cost reduction in layout optimization when the transmission of information more quickly, distribution scheme is more convenient and ergonomic, logistics and more simple and quick, thus improving efficiency and service quality, and ultimately improve the competitiveness of enterprises.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景和意义

随着经济的飞速发展，现如今企业所要面临的竞争压力变得逐渐艰巨。与此同时，随着劳动力成本的增加，企业的内部管理所需要面临的挑战也不小，如何在降低运作成本的同时提高盈利能力，对企业的发展显得尤为的重要^[1]。

现如今，企业进行信息化发展己经成为一种大趋势，因其可以在短时间内快速提高企业管理水平，大多数企业已将进行信息化管理列为发展战略的一项核心内容^[2]。ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)是一个整合企业各项生产资料，然后依照所编写的程序进行科学合理的计划与分配的企业管理信息系统，在经济全球化的今天，过去的企业运营管理模式早已经不能满足于如今的发展需求，而ERP的出现正在改变着原有管理模式，是否能将ERP进行灵活的运用将直接影响一家企业与同行的竞争能力^[3]。
