摘 要

本文是将上海隧道公司的仓库与物料作为研究的对象，通过对现有的运作体系做出相关方面的改善和规划，实现增强公司的仓库物料操作效率和物料调度能力。本文综合利用了基础工业工程的相关思想以及仓储物流管理学科的知识，对该企业仓储日常安全管理中存在的问题进行改进和优化，旨在提高物料仓储性能和运营效率。优化改进过程包括以下内容：根据ABC分类法对仓储物料进行库存管理，确保在储货物的安全和合理性，之后辅之以定置管理的方法，加强管理的动态标准；采用“7S”现场管理，保持一个良好安全的仓储环境，确保现场物料与相关人员的协调性和管理性；通过设施选址以及布局设计使物料加工运送和调度使用达到一个最小成本状态；在此基础上，合理引入适当的信息管理系统，提高企业现代物料管理水平。所有优化过程的最终的目的是为了使该企业仓库的日常各项运作实现安全和高效，最大程度地降低仓储等相关运营成本，给企业带来更多效益。

Material Management and Optimization of Shanghai Tunnel Company

ABSTRACT

This article is the object and research of the warehouse and materials of Shanghai Tunnel Company. Through the improvement and planning of the existing operation system, the paper improves the efficiency of the warehouse material operation and the material dispatching ability. This paper makes full use of the related ideas of basic industrial engineering and the knowledge of warehousing and logistics management disciplines, and improves and optimizes the problems existing in the daily safety management of the enterprise. It aims to improve the material storage performance and operational efficiency. The optimization and improvement process includes the following contents: According to the ABC classification method, the inventory management of the storage materials is ensured to ensure the safety and rationality of the storage goods, and then the management method is adopted to strengthen the management of the dynamic standards. The "7S" To maintain a good and safe storage environment to ensure that the site materials and related personnel coordination and management; through the site selection and layout design to make the use of material handling and scheduling to achieve a minimum cost state; on this basis, the rational introduction of appropriate Information management system to improve the level of modern enterprise material management. The ultimate goal of all the optimization process is to enable the daily operation of the enterprise warehouse to achieve safe and efficient, to minimize the storage and other related operating costs, to bring more benefits to the enterprise.
