摘 要

本文以淮安源通制帽有限公司生产车间为研究对象，首先介绍当前的源通公司基本情况，生产流程和各作业单位的布局现状，并通过定性分析和定量分析得到当前设施布局的问题，通过SLP法对源通分析公司生产车间生产过程中的物流和非物流关系，优化工作场所布局，然后使用层次分析法法进一步选择最优方案，并对优化前后的结果进行对比分析和评价，以此验证方案的有效性。

本文的目的是将与设施布置有关的理论研究应用于企业的实际生产中，并帮助源通公司优化生产车间的布置，降低生产成本，提高生产效率。本文所使用的SLP方法对车间布局的优化方案，以及使用层次分析法对方案选择的决策，对其他类似制造业的车间布局有一定的借鉴意义。

Optimization of the production workshop layout of Yuantong Hatting Co., Ltd.

Abstract

This paper takes the production workshop of Huai'an Yuantong Hatting Co., Ltd. as the research object, first introduces the current basic situation of Yuantong Company, the production process and the current status of the layout of each operating unit, and obtains the problems of the current facility layout through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The method analyzes the logistics and non-logistics relationship in the production process of the company's production workshop, optimizes the layout of the workplace, and then uses the analytic hierarchy process to further select the optimal plan, and compares and evaluates the results before and after optimization to verify Effectiveness of the program.

The purpose of this paper is to apply theoretical research related to facility layout to the actual production of the enterprise, and to help Yuantong Company optimize the layout of the production workshop, reduce production costs, and improve production efficiency. The SLP method used in this paper is an optimization plan for the layout of the workshop, and the decision of the selection of the plan using the analytic hierarchy process has certain reference significance for the layout of other similar manufacturing industries.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

伴随着工业工程的逐步发展，设施布局规划作为工业工程领域重要的研究内容之一受到越来越多的学者的关注和研究。设施布局的重心在于设备、人员、物料等进行专业化的布置和安排，使得生产过程中的物流、资金流、信息流、人流处于最优结合状态，从而实现系统的高效运行[^1-3]。

随着近年来精益思想的不断普及和制造业的不断发展，越来越多的企业将自身改善的着力点置于企业生产内部上来，注意降低生产成本，提高生产效率，以增强公司的核心竞争力。设施布局的理论研究工作也同时从学术研究领域走向生产应用领域，在实践中逐渐得到应用。

源通制帽有限公司是一家以制帽代工作为一项基本业务，它属于服装制造业。中国的服装制造业处于全球服装产业链的最底层，并被国际品牌和渠道供应商所覆盖。尤其是，由于当今全球经济放缓，国际竞争加深以及国内劳动力因素价格的持续影响，使公司继续依靠廉价劳动力，大规模生产和政策支持的好处是不切实际的。随着东南亚及其他国家大量订单的流失，中国的服装行业必须改变其现有的竞争模式，并继续推进全球产业链的上游。企业自身优化成为一个很重要的部分。生产车间设施布局将会是企业自身优化的核心内容，对于提高企业降低生产成本，提高生产效率，提高市场竞争力有着举足轻重的作用。
