无人纯电动物流车总体设计文献综述

1.目的及意义


In recent years, China's e-commercelogistics industry has developed rapidly, which has put forward higherrequirements for distribution efficiency. In China's freight system, theproportion of express, express and bulk cargo markets is around 10%, 75% and 15%.In the freight market, the market share of express transport is the largest,but the backwardness of transport companies is also the most serious. Althoughin recent years, with the development of artificial intelligence technology,the logistics industry has achieved a certain degree of progress in reducingcosts and increasing efficiency. However, artificial intelligence is still inthe technical reserve period, and it will take a long time to fully improve itsperformance. The use of universal delivery vehicles in production and life isstill relatively traditional and not efficient enough. The entire industry isstill waiting for a new technological breakthroughs. According to the currentmarket demand, intelligent hardware such as unmanned vehicles and drones hasbecome an effective weapon for enterprises to promote their own development andimprove logistics efficiency.

At present,there are researches on miniature unmanned vehicles at home and abroad.Domestic products are represented by Wobida unmanned distribution logisticsvehicle, Neolithic unmanned logistics vehicle and Shenlan Technology's smalleagle logistics robot. The Wobida unmanned distribution logistics vehicle isequipped with the AVOS system independently developed by Chihiro Technology,providing multi-sensor adaptive fusion algorithm, environmental recognitionalgorithm, well-designed path planning algorithm, high-reliability controlalgorithm and intelligent distribution. The solution can realize humanized andintelligent automatic logistics distribution. The Neolithic unmanned logisticsvehicle is an L4-class unmanned micro-logistics vehicle developed on the basisof Baidu's MicroCar-unmanned trolley solution. This unmanned vehicle can belanded on warehouses, parks, factories and other scenes. Improve logisticsefficiency while reducing labor costs. The small eagle logistics robot is anunmanned intelligent logistics robot. It has many functions such as autonomousdriving, GPS positioning, active obstacle avoidance, and planning drivingroutes. It can distribute various products such as take-out and expressdelivery to achieve the last mile. Automated delivery, automatically reach theuser via voice call after picking up the destination. The foreign research isrepresented by Nuro Corporation in Silicon Valley, USA. Just recently itannounced its withdrawal from the L4-class fully automatic unmanned deliveryvehicle. In the current global autonomous driving project, Nuro will be one ofthe first products to be commercialized in the L4 phase (completely unmanned).This is a completely driverless, ground-based unmanned delivery electricvehicle which was designed according to the vehicle specification. That is to say,the product is not designed for low-speed parks or sidewalks, but can be drivenon motor vehicle lane in most cities, and the speed is not too slow. This showsthat researchers in China and abroad have invested a lot of energy and capitalin the field of unmanned logistics vehicles and obtained a series of researchresults. The autonomous driving and logistics industry naturally can be easycombined and the logistics industry is the best experimental field forcommercialization of autonomous driving.

(1)Analyze anddetermine the overall design of unmanned pure electric logistics vehicles basedon design principles and relevant automotive regulations and standards;

(2)Determine themain technical parameters of the vehicle (main size, quality and performanceparameters);

(3)Through vehicle design calculation and analysis, the vehicle hasreasonable power, driving range, braking performance, steering stability, ridecomfort and passivity;
