乙醇HCCI发动机单区和多区模型的数值模拟毕业论文

摘 要

由于我国的经济和建设发展的需要,工业逐渐在社会上占据重要的发展地位,这其中包括了汽车。现如今,家庭用的汽车更是以直线速度走进家家户户。因此,人们日以为继的能源问题将面临着越来越大的压力。而汽车发动机排放的污染物对地球的绿化和人们的生活带来了越来越大的负担。故而,在能源和环境这两方面重大的危机下,发展更加环保,更加低碳的能源来替代就变得十分紧张了。然而,在内燃机研究等方面,数值模拟一直特别受学者们的好评。

本篇论文通过 CHEMKIN 软件分析,引用了能量与质量方程,建立了一个比较完善的用来计算 乙醇HCCI 燃烧情况的发动机单区与多区燃烧模型。计算了以乙醇燃料的 HCCI 燃烧过程,全部计算均基于燃料的详细化学动力学机理。保持其他初始条件不发生变话,依次改变Initial temperature、Intake pressure、Compression ratio 、Equivalent ratio 和Speed等五个条件。以此并将计算数据制成相应曲线图,进行对比,分析发动机的燃烧与排放情况。另外,还分别比较了多区模型中初始进气温度的改变对乙醇 HCCI 发动机燃烧的情况及排放燃烧产物CO的影响。[1]结果表明:乙醇HCCI发动机燃烧显然受化学反应动力学的控制。进气温度对气缸内的温度和压强以及排放等的影响比较显著;但是,当初始进气温度升高后CO的摩尔分数的最大值在逐渐减少。

Numerical Simulation of Ethanol HCCI Engines

using Single and Multi - zone Models

ABSTRACT

Due to the needs of China's economic and construction development, industry gradually occupies an important development position in society, which includes cars. Now, the family with the car is a straight line into every household. Therefore, people's day-to-day energy problems will face increasing pressure. While the car engine emissions of pollutants on the earth's green and people's lives has brought more and more burden. Therefore, in the energy and the environment of these two major crisis, the development of more environmentally friendly, more low-carbon energy to replace it becomes very tense. However, in the internal combustion engine research, numerical simulation has been specially praised by scholars.

In this paper, through the analysis of CHEMKIN software, the energy and mass equations are introduced, and a relatively complete single and multi-zone combustion model is established to calculate the HCCI combustion of ethanol. The HCCI combustion process with ethanol fuel was calculated and all calculations were based on the detailed chemical kinetics of the fuel. To keep other initial conditions do not change, then change the Initial temperature, Intake pressure, Compression ratio, Equivalent ratio and Speed and other five conditions. And then the calculation of the data into the corresponding curve, compared to analyze the engine combustion and emissions. In addition, the effects of the initial intake air temperature change on the combustion of ethanol HCCI engine and the CO emission of combustion products were compared respectively. [1] The results show that ethanol HCCI engine combustion is clearly controlled by chemical reaction kinetics. The effect of the inlet temperature on the temperature and pressure in the cylinder and in the discharge is significant; however, the maximum value of the mole fraction of CO is gradually reduced when the initial intake air temperature is increased.
