Abstract

This paper focuses on lavida 2019new energy vehicle.Through relevant data analysis,the design task of the vehicle layout of this model is carried out.The task content is mainly aimed at the overall design,the driving motor design,the fuel cell design,the vehicle dynamic disposition analysis design and so on carries on the certain analysis.

Under the conditions that meet the standards and regulations of vehicle layout,the overall scheme of vehicle layout is analyzed and determined,and the reasonable layout and the structural form of the main components are selected.In order to meet the requirements of the required power of the car,the design of excellent driving motor and parts,so that the car has a better product competitiveness.

The first chapter. Introduction

1.1 Research background

Globally, since the second half of the twentieth century, the number of cars around the world has grown at almost a very fast rate, and by now, the pollution caused by carbon dioxide emissions from cars has accounted for more than twenty percent of human emissions[13]The need for cars to travel, and the environmental pressure caused by car emissions pollution and the consumption of oil resources, has become a problem that today's vehicle industry personnel must solve.

So how to change the oil-based approach to automotive energy? Obviously, research and development of new energy vehicles, using clean energy to replace oil energy, has become a direct solution. Research and development of new energy vehicles has become the trend of the times.

After several years of development, the new energy automobile industry has made rapid development in our country. As of December 2019, the sales volume of new energy vehicles in China in that year was 1.206 million, which became the first year-on-year growth decline in recent years. Although the reasons for this decline are related to policy subsidies, emission standards and market factors, compared with the global year-on-year growth, China still needs to carry out more in-depth research in the new energy automobile industry.

The research work of vehicle layout design is the most important work in the research and development of new energy vehicles. The whole vehicle layout design is the foundation of a vehicle development, and runs through the whole vehicle development. The task of automobile general layout design is to carry out the whole vehicle design according to the use, use condition, economic condition and production condition of the selected vehicle, mainly lies in the overall coordinated design of driving motor, chassis and battery.[1].
