CR-V转向系设计毕业论文

摘 要
在社会高速发展的今天,车辆已经成为生活出行不可或缺的乘用工具。随着汽车的普及化,人们对车辆的要求也越来越高,从开始基本的安全性要求到如今高速性舒适性。为此我们必须做出更多的研究和更好的设计。
汽车转向系统是车辆安全性的总成,是驾驶员与车辆进行沟通的渠道,因此设计使其具有良好的操纵性能是重要的。而本田CR-V(comfortable runabout-vehicle),顾名思义,即将舒适安全性放在首要的位置。作为一款性能全面的城市SUV,因此将其作为参考车型是有意义的。
综合以上两点,本次选用本田CR-V作为参考车型,研究设计其转向系统。简单分析了转向系统的发展历史和研究现状,介绍了转向系统的基本原理。通过对比分析选出基本元件,而后对减速,转向机构进行了详细的计算和设计。

Abstract
In the rapid development society,vehicle has become the indispensable tool for our life. While the popularization of vehicle,the demand for it has grew,and people’s requirement changes from basic security to comfortable and high speed. To fulfill the customers’ requirement,we have to conduct more accurate research and achieve the better design.
Automobile steering system is the core of vehicle’s safety,it is the communication channel between the driver for its maneuverability. The Honda CR-V(comfortable runabout-vehicle), as it suggest, the comfort and the safety are in priority. It will st and as a meaningful model, since it is a well performed SUV in all aspect.
Based on the points mentioned above, we select Honda CR-V as the reference, and study its design of the steering system. We will brief the development history and the current research result to introduce the steering system. Then we conduct the accurate calculation and design for the deceleration and steering mechanism, through the comparison of the basic elements.

1.1汽车转向系概述
汽车转向系统在车辆运行中起着至关重要的作用,即驾驶员根据自己的意愿,通过汽车转向系统随时改变,恢复或保持车辆的行驶方向。
