1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)
1.1 background, purpose and meaning.
the safety of the car has always been avery significant part of the car design process. in the northern region ofchina, the phenomenon windshield frost fog seriously affect the driver's visionwhen driving. the formation of fog is mainly due to the lower externaltemperature, the passenger breathing the steam generated in the windshieldcondensation to form a layer of water film -. if the external temperature is long below zero, thetemperature of the inner surface of the windshield is also lower than zero, sothat the water molecules on the inner surface of the windshield are cured toform a f. another reason for frosting is the heat generated bythe passengers make the snow accumulated on the outer surface of the windshieldquickly melts, and because the external temperature is very low, the meltedsnow is quickly frozen on the windshield. it is well known that adequatevisibility through the vehicle windshield over the entire driving period is ofparamount practical significance. therefore, people attach more and moreattention on the air conditioning defrosting performance. a well-designeddemisting device will help to eliminate this fog layer within very short spanof time and brings an accepted level of visibil.
an attempt is made here to design and develop a demistingdevice for a commercial vehicle with the help of numerical and analyticalapproach and later on validated with experimental results. system configurationwas finalized by analytical method followed by 3d (dimensional) modeling incatia. steady and transient computational fluid dynamics (cfd) analyzes wereperformed in star-ccm to analyze and predict the efficiency of defrostdefogging devices. and then on the basis of the results to find out theexistence of the device defects and optimize the windshield defrostingperformance.

2.1 the basic content of the design
the design is the car defrosting system design and performance analysis, themain contents are as the followings:
(1) defrost and defrost system piping overall size design;
(2) key components such as fan and other parameters to determine;
(3) 3d model and cfd model construction;
(4) defrosting fog characteristics simulation analysis;
(5) the preparation of calculation instructions.

(2) 8th semesters Week 1: program ideas, literature search, complete theopening report.
(3) 8th semester 2-3 weeks: off-campus internship, school data collection,complete the internship report.
(4) 8th semester 4 weeks: foreign language translation, data re-collection.
(5) 8th semesters 5 to 7 weeks: design calculations, sketching.
(6) Week 7: mid-term reply.
(7) 8th semester 8 to 10 weeks: drawing, writing design calculation manual(paper).
