1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)
1.1purpose and meaning
with the development of social science and technology,electronic intelligent products bringmore and more convenience to people, reflected in many aspects, such as paymentchanges, people are increasingly dependent on the mobile terminal electronicplatform. in the rapid development of electric vehicles , electronic technologyhas also been applied to the car, its automation and intelligent create a newera, especially the introduction of embedded systems.in the driver'sperspective, the car dashboard can fully reflect the current state of the car,allowing the driver to easily communicate with the car[1] and understand thesituation of the car to drive more safely and protect the driver andpassengers. the traditional dashboard also reflects its shortcomings with thedevelopment of science and technology such as: the overall digital degree is low, the information which can givefeedback to the driver is limited, and the corresponding security can not befully protected.[2] in order to overcome the above shortcomings, the dashboardwill become the future development and research of the main direction, it has abroad market and development prospects. in view of the current situation, thistopic mainly research and design a dashboard to meet people's demand for futureinstruments, so that the driver have a more comprehensive understanding for thestate of the car. the overall design of the instrument is the car's variousdata displayed on the instrument through electronic information transmissionand intelligent processing and then fedback to the driver[3] such as: water temperature, tire pressure, fuel, etc., tofacilitate fault detection, to a certain extent,it protect the safety of thewhole people,playing an important role in driving safety, comfort and vehicleproduction quality. [4]as a result of the constraints of the mechanicalinstrument, the design style and appearance of the instrument table is alsodifferent from the traditional mechanical instruments, users can easilycommunicate with the car through the front of the instrument panel.[5] theexcellent dashboard can give driver a good vision,finding the front of theobstacles in time to reduce the incidence of accidents.[6] the dashboard mustmeet the requirements of ergonomic, in order to enhance the driver's comfortand coordination. with the development of the community,the number of vehiclesis increacing, and the corresponding frequency of traffic accidents are alsorising. the dashboard needs to have sufficient strength to ensure that thevehicle is running normally in a variety of conditions.it also should give fullplay to the role of its buffer to absorb energy.when the vehicle suffer fromexternal force, the dashboard can reduce the impact of the driver andpassengers. this also made a higher demand for the material of the dashboard.
2. 研究的基本内容与方案
1.3basic approach to research measures
the design of the vehicle is the tunnelmaintenance vehicles(tmv),it has fourseats, and the total weight calculated on the cargo weight shall not exceed1500kg. the maximum speed of the vehicle is 10 km / hr, the minimum speed onthe ramp with a maximum gradient of 0.1 is 5 km / hr, due to the needs of thework of this vehicle has a two-way driving characteristics, because it is inthe tunnel for maintenance work, the design of the vehicle volume has verysmall specific value: 2m (l) * 1.3m (w) * 2.5m (h). this design also requiresthe performance of the vehicle , when the battery is fully charged and thevehicle is fully loaded, in the working environment, this vehicle can tow aunit of equipment trailer go forward at least 25km,and the outside clearancecircle shall not exceed 7.0m,outside turning radius shall not exceed 3.5m. whenthe vehicle is working in a tunnel, it should follow the navigation systemwithin the tunnel. as the vehicle size is very small so the dashboard shouldtry to reduce its size, i decide to seton the dashboard a storage port to facilitate the storage of maintenance parts,.thedashboard has the vehicle's data information, including the remaining battery,the battery temperature, alarm light display, time display, lamp display, thecar lock safety display and other related vehicle status, the purpose of thisdashboard design is to facilitate the driver to understand the status ofvehicles and ensure the safety of related personnel.[12] the design will takeinto account the material of the dashboard to ensure that there is no problemin the tunnel, so the various instrument materials will be compared andanalyzed, and the appropriate species will be selected. finally, modeling andimplementing design virtualization with catia.[13]
