1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

this design topic is the logo 308 rear suspension design, the logo 308 chassis uses the front mcpherson type independent suspension, the rear torsion beam type non-independent suspension. the engine is covered with a very complete protective plate, the middle of the chassis is coated with anti-corrosion coating, the insulation tile above the exhaust pipe is fully covered, all the way to the end of the muffler, insulation protection is very good.

the peugeot 308 front suspension adopts a mcpherson type independent suspension, the lower swing arm is stamped with a single layer of steel plate, and a separate spherical hinge which can be replaced separately is adopted. the h-shaped non-full frame subframe is connected with the body through bolts, on the whole, there are not many eye-catching structures or arrangements for the front suspension, and the materials are mainly steel and cast iron.

peugeot 308 rear suspension adopts torsion beam non-independent suspension, which has a simple structure and does not occupy too much car space, so it has become the most widely used rear suspension form of compact car. in the suspension arrangement, 308 ingenious position of the shock absorber as far down as possible, in order to free up more car space. the rear torsion beam suspension of mark 308 is designed with a spring tube separation type and a limit block is designed on the longitudinal thrust rod.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

suspension is one of the important assemblies in modern automobile. it connects the frame (or body) with the axle (or wheel) flexibly, and can transmit load, mitigate impact, attenuate vibration and adjust the position of the body in the running of the car, etc. to ensure the ride comfort of the car.

the torsion beam non-independent suspension used in the logo 308 rear suspension has the advantages of simple structure and light weight, no rear wheel positioning is needed to reduce the assembly hours, the space occupied is small, and it is easy to obtain a large tail space.

the spring shock absorber system is convenient for matching arrangement; it is beneficial to control the motion ratio of the wheel relative to the spring vibration reduction; the torsional beam characteristics can replace the function of the stabilizing rod; during the suspension motion process, the front beam and the wheel distance change little; under the lateral force condition,
