摘 要

21世纪是一个资讯大爆炸的时代，IT的发展已经广泛影响到现代社会所有的行业的开拓与发展。每个行业大多会有相关的企业项目管理软件，这些企业项目管理软件在各行各业的日常运行中起到了至关重要的影响。而企业项目管理一向都是是耗时、费力的，通常情况下它需要企业投入的各项成本是十分巨大，十分繁琐的。而且一个企业在管理自家项目的过程中很容易出现各种各样的突发情况，这时就需要一个好的管理项目软件来时刻监督项目管理的进程，以便告企业的高层或者管理层自家投资或者实施的项目真实状况。

本文综了企业项目管理系统的国内和国外的研究成果和进展状况，仔细地阐述了怎样设计和实现一个项目管理软件系统。本项目管理软件所实现的功能模块包括项目任务模块和执行者模块等，通过设定一定的权限，对不同部门及员工进行权限划分，使企业项目管理变得十分科学、十分有效，加速了企业的信息化进程。并且满足了使用者的需求，实现企业管理人员将企业的项目进行管控和管理和将员工日常工进行作督促和考验目标。

ABSTRACT

Twenty-first Century is the a big explosion of information era, IT development has been widely affected to the development all industries in the modern society.Each industry has their relevant enterprise project management software, this software in every walk of life’s daily operation has played the vital role.The enterprise project management has always been time-consuming and laborious, and usually it needs the enterprise input the cost is very huge and complicated. And a company in its own project management’s process is prone to a variety of emergency situations, then you need a good project management software to monitor the process of the project management, in order to inform the enterprise or management of their own investment or implementation of the project real situation.

This paper studies the domestic and foreign research results and progress of enterprise project management system, and expounds how to design and implement a project management software system.The realization modules of the project management software function including project task module and hold Walker module, by setting certain privileges to different departments and staff , make the enterprise project management become very scientific, highly effective, accelerate process of the enterprise informatization.And meet user’s needs, realize goals of the enterprise manager to control and manage the enterprise project and supervise and test the staffs’ daily work.

第一章 前　　言

20世纪中期，企业项目管理开始出现，随着IT技术的迅速发展和成熟，到了1980年后，企业项目管理的相关技术逐渐开始流行，开始出现了在计算机上运行的企业项目管理系统。进过大半个世纪的发展与壮大，项目管理的理论研究取得了重大的突破，越来越多的企业开始重视使用项目管理的相关计算机软件来管理项目。

1.1 企业项目管理开发背景

在过去，各行业往往都有很多企业项目管理者认为项目管理与计算机没有直接联系。形成这种错误观点的原因是，项目管理的人员不愿意将传统的项目管理的内容转换为容易被计算机理解的语言。
