摘 要

随着计算机科学技术和网络通信技术的不断发展，信息化技术的普及跟利用为大量的信息系统、固定资产管理系统的发展提供了条件和必要的环境。现在，计算机网络技术、模拟数字化信息技术等都是被世界上各国所重视的技术。每个国家都为这些技术投入了大量的人才和精力进行研究开发固定资产管理系统这一信息资源模块，为国家的各行各业提供便利快捷的资源管理，提高生产力，促进国民经济发展。

本论文系统地阐述了固定资产管理系统的功能的设计与实现。本系统实现公司或高校中固定资产管理中出现的一些基本要求，如人员用户管理与查询，资产购入的基本信息，资产的类别管理，资产的折旧管理等等。系统界面简洁方便，交互性很强，易于使用操作。

本系统采用的java语言开发环境是myeclipse，数据库是SQL server,数据库强大的sql语句对数据进行增删改查，运用jsp编写简洁直观的交互界面，从而实现固定资产管理系统中应该具备的功能。

Abstract

With the continuous development of computer science and technology and network communication technology, the popularization of information technology to use for a large number of information system, the development of the fixed assets management system provides the necessary conditions and the environment. Now, the computer network technology, digital simulation, such as information technology is taken seriously by countries all over the world of technology. Every country invested a lot of talent and energy for the technology research and development of the fixed assets management system module, information resources for the country's all walks of life to provide convenient and fast resources management, increase productivity, promote the development of national economy.

This paper systematically expounds the functions of fixed assets management system design and implementation. This system to achieve company or fixed assets management in colleges and universities in some of the basic requirements, such as user management and query, the basic information of the assets acquired, the categories of assets management, assets depreciation management and so on. System interface is simple and convenient, interactive strong, easy to use.

This system USES Java language development environment is myeclipse, the database is SQL server, and database of the powerful SQL statements to add and delete data, use JSP to write concise and intuitive interface, so as to realize the fixed assets management system should have functions.

第一章 绪 论

在21世纪，人类已经进入信息化时代，信息化时代是科技不断发展、人类文明不断进步、经济不断壮大、信息呈爆炸膨胀的时代。甚至有信息威胁这一说法，也就是说，人类将面临着要处理的数据远多于人们有能力处理的，导致信息混乱。计算机的使用很大程度地解决了这一问题，因为计算机具有快速、准确地收集、处理、存储、查询信息的功能。

随着计算机科学技术的不断发展，在信息资源处理中，计算机得到普遍运用，利用计算机进行固定资产管理是非常必要的。目前大多数的固定资产管理还采用人工的方式进行完成，工作效率不好、准确度低，而且不能及时了解固定资产种类以及统计资产的变化走向等管理者的信息需求，不能满足管理者对固定资产的查询、针对性购买资产种类的要求。
