摘 要

随着移动oa技术即办公系统自动化技术的发展，办公系统自动化已越来越受到各个公司的青睐，传统的公司管理模式存在着一些例如管理步骤繁琐，效率低，公司管理高层与业务员之间的交互明显不足的缺点。因此，办公系统自动化诞生了。这种系统提供了掌上管理的可能性，更为方便的利于公司高层管理业务员业绩等等功能。

掌上管理是一个正在兴起的应用领域，本文详细的介绍了营销管理平台的设计与开发过程，通过该平台，系统管理员可以发布当月的任务，指标，以及公告，查看业务员当月的业绩，以及历史的业绩。业务员可以提交当月业绩，供管理员查看，也可以下载公告附件，了解公告内容。

本系统的开发工具为Android studio eclipise.开发环境为Mysql tomcat服务器。As编写前端代码，eclispse编写服务器端程序。
