摘 要

二十一世纪以来，我国影视产业迅速发展，为增速放缓的中国经济注入了新的活力。目前，我国各地建立了许多影视基地。从理论和实践经验来看，影视基地的可持续发展，需要往产业集群化方向发展。建设影视产业集群，打造完整产业链，对于促进影视产业发展，推动区域经济增长有重要作用。

世界知名的电影产地，如美国好莱坞，印度宝莱坞和英国伦敦，都形成了有效的产业集群。随着横店影视产业的发展，横店影视城产业集群初具规模。但是横店影视产业集群发展还不成熟，与世界先进水平还有一段差距。研究横店影视城产业集群的发展，探讨如何进一步提升集群的竞争力，具有重要的现实意义。从产业集群的角度对我国影视产业进行的研究还较少。横店影视城产业集群这一课题，十分值得研究者的关注。

论文共分为六章。绪论部分介绍了论文研究背景，研究目的与意义，以及国内外研究现状。论文的第二章介绍了经济理论，包括研究相关的概念，以及分析产业集群竞争力的工具——钻石模型。第三、四和五章是论文的重点，围绕着横店影视城产业集群进行了研究。第三章对比国内外产业集群发展的经验，分析了横店影视城产业集群的现状，以及存在的问题。第四章利用钻石模型对横店影视城产业集群的竞争力进行了分析，并探讨了影视城产业集群的发展路径。第五章借鉴先进经验，针对横店影视城产业集群的情况提出了对策建议。

Abstract

Since 21th century,the rapid development of Chinese film and television industry has injected new vitality into the slowing Chinese economy.At present,many film and television bases have been set up all over China.From the perspective of theory and practical experience,the sustainable development of film and television bases requires the development of industrial clusters.The establishment of film and television industry cluster and complete industrial chain plays an important role in promoting the development of film and television industry and promoting regional economic growth.

World-renowned movie producers such as Hollywood,bollywood and London have formed effective industrial clusters.With the development of Hengdian film and television industry,Hengdian film and television city industry cluster has taken shape.However,the industrial cluster is not mature enough,and there is still a gap with the world´s advanced level.It is of great practical significance to study the development of Hengdian world studios industrial cluster and discuss how to further enhance the competitiveness of the cluster.There are few studies on the film and television industry in China from the perspective of industrial cluster.The subject is worthy of researchers´ attention.

This thesis consists of six chapters.The introduction introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the paper,as well as the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter of the paper introduces the economic theory,including related concepts,as well as the tools to analyze industrial cluster competitiveness--diamond model.The third,fourth and fifth chapters are the emphases of the thesis,and the industrial cluster of Hengdian world studios is studied.The third chapter analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Hengdian world studios industrial cluster by comparing the relevant experience at home and abroad.Chapter four analyzes the competitiveness of Hengdian world studios industrial cluster with diamond model and discusses the development path.The fifth chapter draws lessons from the advanced experience,in view of Hengdian world studios industry cluster situation proposed the countermeasure proposal.

1.引言

1.1论文研究背景

随着文化产业的不断发展，影视产业被普遍看作是二十一世纪最具发展潜力的朝阳产业之一。影视行业可以增加就业岗位，带动当地旅游业的发展，对区域与国家的经济发展有着重要影响。近年来，各行业普遍陷入增速放缓的困境中，但我国的电影行业供需旺盛，增长势头良好。在多个城市，比如北京、上海、横店等地，政府积极促进“电影产业集群”的发展，以拉动区域经济增长。

论文将运用经济学相关理论，借鉴国际和国内影视产业集群的成功经验，从浙江省横店影视城产业集群的发展现状入手，指出集群存在的问题，研究产业集群的竞争力，最后围绕产业集群提出优化对策建议。

1.2研究目的与意义

1.2.1论文研究目的

本论文研究的目的是通过对浙江省横店影视城产业集群的研究，探讨影视城产业集群目前所存在的现实问题，分析影视城产业集群的竞争力，在此基础上研究横店影视城存在的问题的解决对策，以改进影视城产业集群的不足之处，从而提高竞争力，促进区域经济发展。

1.2.2论文研究意义

（1）理论意义。产业集群是有效提升区域产业竞争力的重要产业组织形式，能够促进产业的持续发展。影视产业的集群化发展，是影视基地可持续发展的必经之路。而由于我国影视产业发展较晚，以产业集群视角研究我国影视产业的研究相对较少。 横店影视城产业集群的研究，十分值得产业集群研究者的关注，具有重要的理论意义。

（2）实践意义。相较于发达国家，我国的影视产业发展还不够成熟，与先进水平存在着一定的差距。虽然近些年来我国已经建立了很多影视基地，但是影视产业集群比较少。作为具有“中国好莱坞”之称的横店影视城，是我国第一个，也是目前唯一的国家级影视产业实验区。横店影视城产业集群的建设取得了一定的成果，但是集群发展还不够成熟，还有很大的改进空间。
