摘 要

从上个世纪八十年代，尤其是八十年代中期以来，经济全球化出现开始，国际资本流动变得愈来愈频繁。其中FDI在其中的作用不可小觑。自1978年实施改革开放以来，凭借优越的地理位置，丰富的自然资源和得天独厚的社会环境，中国也成为外商争相投资的对象。而长江三角洲作为国内经济发展的中心地带，充分吸引FDI，挖掘FDI的内在潜力已成为该地区实现经济又好又快发展的重要任务。在这基础上，本文将从三个方面剖析FDI对长三角地区带来的经济绩效。一是研究FDI给长三角带来的正绩效，，包括FDI对长三角GDP增长的总体绩效，长三角FDI的劳动力市场绩效，长三角FDI的技术绩效。其次，将深层次的反思FDI引进过程中所产生的负绩效，包括产业结构不平衡，地区发展不平衡， FDI引起长三角环境压力增大， FDI对长三角当地民营资本产生排挤效应。最后，针对这些问题，本文将会提出一些可行性的建议和意见。

The research of FDI to economic growth of China’s Yangtze River Delta

Abstract

Since the economic globalization began in the 1980s, international capital has been flown more and more frequently. And the foreign direct investment (FDI) has become one of its most important modes. Since the implementation of the reform and opening up in 1978, with excellent geographical location, rich natural resources and the advantageous social environment, China has become the object of foreigners’ scrambling to. At the same time, as the centre of domestic economic development zone, it’s a vital task for the Yangtze River Delta to fully attract FDI and excavate the potential of FDI. On the basis of this, the article will analyze the economic effects FDI brings to de Yangtze River Delta from three aspects. Firstly, study the positive effects the FDI brings to the region, including the effects about overall GDP growth of FDI, the labor market effects of FDI, technical effects of FDI. Secondly, reflect on the negative effects deeply during the introduction of FDI, including the imbalance of industrial structure, regional development imbalances, environmental pressures and repulsion effect FDI enterprises bring to local enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta. Lastly, aiming at these problems, the article will put forward some feasible suggestions and comments.
