摘 要

上世纪八十年代，产学研合作的模式被引入中国。随着经济全球化和信息技术的发展，产学研合作已成为一种紧密联系着企业生产和高校教育实践的重要创新模式。

本文重点对于我国产学研合作模式进行分析探讨，通过对国内外相关理论文献的整理阐述产学研合作的含义，产生背景，存在和发展的必要性和重要性，进而分析归纳出我国现有产学研合作的合作主体，合作模式以及各模式的特征，最后总结出我国产学研合作存在的主要问题，并据此给出策略。本文得出结论如下：我国产学研合作主体有政府、高校、企业、科研院所、中介；合作模式按照合作目的、主体地位、合作方式、各方合作关系的紧密程度等有不同的分类；产学研合作存在的问题主要从政府、企业、高校、中介四个方面来谈；要解决这些问题就必须加强政府对于产学研合作宏观环境的营造、对产学研合作的规划与协调；企业要注重技术创新；对于高校来说，要加强与企业的沟通，明确企业对于人才的需求，培养更适应企业和社会的人才；中介机构重要性虽然不及企业与高校，但也是不容忽视的重要一环。

University-industry Cooperation Pattern Analysis And Discussion In China

Abstract

University-industry cooperation was introduced into China in 1980s,to this day ,university-industry cooperation has been contacting production with practice of education. With the development of economic globalization and information technology, university-industry cooperation has become an important innovation model, it plays an important part in technological innovation and economic development.

This article discussed the cooperation model of university-industry cooperation. By reading the theories at home and abroad, it explained the meaning of university-industry cooperation, the background, the necessity and importance of the existence and importance of university-industry cooperation. Then it summarized the collaborative agent, collaborative model and the features. At last, this article concluded the problems of university-industry cooperation in China, and it produced some suggestions about how to improve university-industry cooperation in China.

Now, the international competition is more and more intense, the employment situation is more and more serious, the innovation system with enterprise and university cooperation is undoubtedly a good way to solve the current problem. Therefore, it is very urgent to explore and develop the university-industry cooperation in China. After analyzing this article ,the author drew the following conclusions: The regional tourism cooperators are government, industry, school and intermediary; The cooperation model of university-industry cooperation has different categories; the problems and some suggestions are drew.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

当前，技术创新是一个国家走向繁荣的必由之路，而产学研合作作为一种技术创新体系，越来越受到重视。2006年1月9日，全国科学技术大会在北京召开，国家领导人胡锦涛在大会上提出当前建设创新型国家的有效途径就是要建立以企业为主体、产学研相结合的技术创新体系。同年的12月份，以国家科技部为首的六部门又成立了“推进产学研结合工作协调指导小组”，并于2007年在钢铁、煤炭等几个领域内组建了战略联盟。习近平总书记在十八大报告中同样强调了科技创新的重要性，认为产学研结合这一技术创新体系是实现科技成果产业化的有效途径。由此可见，产学研合作已经上升到国家高度，在此背景下，本文对于我国产学研的合作模式进行研究和探讨。
