摘 要

直接投资是我国经济发展中重要的组成部分。吸引外部投资有利于优化我国产业结构， 调整产业布局，进一步深化市场经济。韩国作为毗邻我国的经济强国，消费习惯，消费者行为，市场等具有一定相似度。因此吸引韩国对中国直接投资是两国共赢的选择。本文首先对投资理论进行比较分析，选择出试用于中韩两国的理论作为分析基础。其次，对中国投资市场进行数据对比分析，进而得到中国投资市场发展状况和发展前景。同时，韩国对华直接投资的发展历程对当下分析韩国直接投资的决定性因素有很大影响。在总结对华投资的历史中，不同时段的决定性因素代表着当时投资者的需求，同时也反映出当时国际经济发展状况。市场因素，成本因素，集聚因素和政策因素成为分析韩国对华直接投资的重要影响因素。通过对以上因素的研究分析，针对不同因素得出的结论可以优化韩国对华直接投资结构和投资方式。进而提出建设性意见来提高中国吸引韩国直接投资。

ANALYZING ON THE DECISIVE FACTORS OF SOUTH KOREA’S FDI IN CHINA

Abstract

Direct investment is considered as an important part of the economic development in China. It is beneficial to abstract external investment in order to optimize the industry and further deepen the market structure. As an economic power adjacent to China, south Korea has certain similarities in the consumption custom, the consumer behavior and the market. Therefore, it is a win-win situation to abstract Korean direct investment to China. The text paper first selects the theory appropriate for both China and South Korea as the analysis foundation in the process of the comparative analysis of investment theory.Secondly, through a data contractive analysis of China's investment market, this text obtains the information about the state of development of China's investment market and its development prospect. Meanwhile, the development history of Korean direct investment in China greatly influences the analysis of the decisive factor for Korean direct investment. In the conclusion on the history of the investment in China, the decisive factor in different periods not only represents the temporal demands of investors, but also reflects the international economic development status at that time. Market factor, cost factor, agglomeration factor and policy factor have become the important factors which affect the analysis of the Korean direct investment in China. Based on the research of the above factors, we can find that the conclusions according to the different factors can optimize the investment structure and investment of Korean direct investment in China, and then to propose the constructive suggestions which will attract the Korean direct investment in China.

1.1 研究的目的及必要性

1978年以来，中国成为了全球范围内经济增长最为迅速的国家之一。经济的高速发展，法制的不断健全，市场的不断扩大，使中国成为了世界众多国家对外投资的首选地。

作为中国的近邻，韩国与中国的经济交往发展迅速，愈加密切。近些年，韩国政府重视对中国投资的力度，其投资额度增速比中国主动吸引外资的增速要高出许多。自2007年开始，来自韩国的投资额度已经跃居我国吸收海外投资总量的第三名，中国已经被列为韩国政府海外投资的首选国家。本文立足于韩国对中国直接投资规模不断扩大的大趋势，通过分析韩国对华投资的现状和决定因素，以更好地引导和利用韩国对华投资。

1.2 研究的内容及方法

本文初步分析了中国投资环境的变化，韩国对中国直接投资的现状与决定因素，在此基础上，分析了如何引导和利用韩国投资，以期使韩国投资从根本上服务于中国的经济建设。
