摘 要

改革开放以来，中国的制造业特别是劳动密集型制造业实现了快速发展，为国民经济的繁荣稳定贡献了重要力量，同时跻身于全球制造业大国的行列。中国制造业在发展初期依赖低劳动力成本优势发展国际产业链底端的低技术产品，导致了整个行业长期以来难以摆脱加工制造的命运，阻碍了其产业结构升级，国家经济也因此走到了发展的瓶颈期。然而受物价上涨、劳动力短缺、企业技术需求等因素的影响，劳动力成本呈现不断上升的情况。在发展的初期阶段，我国由于技术水平落后，人口众多，劳动力成本增长虽然缓慢，但是依然不能避免劳动力低成本优势受到削弱。

本文通过参考有关资料和文献，运用数据说明，以图表佐证，并通过研究中国劳动力成本的发展现状以及长期以来的变化趋势，从多个角度分析其变化的原因以及我国制造业在面临此状况时做出的反应。本文从国家、行业及企业三方面提出针对性的措施，建议从技术创新、人才培养等方面进一步完善我国的支柱型产业—制造业，积极应对由劳动力成本上升给我国制造业带来的影响。

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, China's manufacturing industry in particular, labor-intensive manufacturing has achieved rapid development and offered an important force for the prosperity and contribute to the stability of the national economy, while among the ranks of the world's manufacturing powerhouse.
