摘 要

研究“一带一路”战略对中俄贸易的影响，找出中俄贸易之间存在的问题，积极寻找问题的解决之策，对于推动中俄贸易更快更好地发展具有重要意义。本文首先结合现有文献阐述“一带一路”战略提出背景、内容以及对贸易发展的影响；接着通过对文献的分析归纳出中俄贸易的发展现状，并从过贸易结构、贸易方式、贸易服务体系等角度入手，对“一带一路”战略中俄贸易发展产生的影响进行分析；最后，结合以上分析对于“一带一路”战略下如何更好的发展两国经贸领域的合作提出建议与对策。

A Study on the Impact of “the Belt and Road” on Sino - Russian Trade Development

Abstract

By studying the influence of the "the Belt and Road " on the Sino-Russian trade, it is of great significance to find out the problems on Sino-Russian trade and to find out the solutions to the problems and to promote the development of Sino-Russian trade become faster and better. First, this paper elaborates on the background, content and influence of the development of the trade on "the Belt and Road" through the literature collation. On the basis of this study, this paper analyzes the present situation of Sino-Russian trade from the aspects of the development history and trade characteristics of Sino-Russian trade. Then this paper analyzes the impact of the development of Sino-Russian trade on "the Belt and Road " through trade structure, trade style and trade service system. In the end, the paper finds out some problems of on Sino-Russian trade under “the Belt and Road” and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on how to develop the cooperation in the economic and trade fields between the two countries under “the Belt and Road”.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

在当前的国际贸易格局中，中俄两国在很多方面存在相互依赖，因此贸易关系十分紧密。在双方的共同作用下，在一定程度上可以对国际贸易总体形式产生影响。中俄两国也都是金砖国家盟友，都是经济稳定持久增长中的经济体，并且中俄之间的贸易和投资趋势稳定增长。从2011年开始，俄罗斯与中国的贸易关系进一步加强，并且我国成为其最主要的贸易伙伴，其重要性受到俄罗斯各界的认可。过去的十年也是中俄两国的贸易发展最快的十年，两国贸易规模达到了历史上的最高峰。俄罗斯在2011年的时候加入了世贸组织，推动了中俄间的双边贸易。在2014年，中国与俄罗斯的贸易额达到了952.8亿美元，相比同期增长了6.8%。中国和俄罗斯的贸易规模有望在2020年突破2000亿美元。同时，在“一带一路”战略的作用下，中俄贸易将会得到两国政府的大力支持。中俄之间的合作会进一步扩大，两国的贸易往来也会更加频繁。虽然中俄双边贸易一直在发展，“一带一路”战略也会进一步推动两国的贸易发展，然而现今的中俄贸易依旧有贸易服务体系不完善等诸多问题。在此背景下，本文对于“一带一路”战略对于中俄贸易发展状况的影响进行研究。
