摘 要

随着“一带一路”倡议的深入推进，跨国商贸、旅游以及民间交往均处于快速发展中，支付市场前景十分广阔。中国的支付产业相对发达，已从线下发展到线下和线上全覆盖。总结发展经验，分析相关国家和地区的市场需求，寻找中国支付产业发展机遇有着十分重要的理论和实践意义。

本文首先回顾支付产业、“一带一路”、国际市场环境分析等方面的国内外文献，了解当前相关领域研究现状，界定“支付产业”概念；其次按时间顺序分析中国支付产业发展历史与发展特点；再次，分析“一带一路”国家和地区的支付产业发展现状与市场需求；接着，以国际市场为背景分析中国支付产业的竞争优势和劣势；最后，综合以上分析得出“一带一路”政策背景下中国支付产业发展对策启示。

The Development Prospects and Countermeasures of China's Payment Industry in the Context of the "One Belt One Road"

Abstract

As "One Belt One Road" initiative is further promoted, cross-border business tourism and private exchanges will continue to develop, and the payment market has a bright future. China's payment industry is relatively developed, and has grown from offline to full coverage online and offline. Summarizing development experience and analyzing market demand in relevant countries and regions, and find opportunities for the development of China's payment industry，all of them are of great theoretical and practical significance .

This paper first reviews the domestic and foreign literature on the payment industry, the "One Belt One Road", and the international market environment, understands the current status of research in related fields, and defines the concept of the "payment industry". Second, it points out the history and characteristics of China's payment industry in time sequence; Third, analysis of " One Belt One Road " countries and regions of the payment industry development status and market demand; then, analyze the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese payment industry in the context of the international market; finally, based on the above analysis, we can conclude that China ’s payments under the "Belt and Road" background Conclusions and enlightenments of long-term benign development of the industry.

第一章 导论

1.1研究背景

在多方力量的共同努力下，经过近年来的高速发展，我国支付产业经历了飞越式变化。如今，随着“一带一路”倡议的深入推进，我国支付产业发展迎来了新契机。支付产业在相关地区的发展，成功促使我国支付企业创造了海外发展新模式。因此，研究“一带一路”背景下的支付产业对于我国支付产业升级具有强烈意义。

目前我国学者在支付产业方面的研究还存在一些盲区，大多数学者从宏观层面分析中国支付产业竞争优劣势，没有选择一两个特定市场进行分析；同时，有的学者所作的研究不够全面，理论依据和实践根基不够扎实，还需要进一步的改进和完善。因此，研究支付产业有利于解决寻找中国支付产业发展机遇这一难题，有利于我国和“一带一路”沿线国家优化产业结构，也有利于了解世界走向新支付时代的发展趋势。

1.2研究现状

支付产业在世界具有广阔的发展空间，而我国支付产业的兴起则得益于政府政策的扶持和资金的支持。支付产业的研究可以进一步促进支付方式的开发和创新，对于我国寻求支付产业发展新机遇具有强烈的理论和现实意义。

1.2.1 关于支付产业的研究

由于支付技术实现模式相当多样化，迄今为止，支付产业还没有一个被普遍接受的准确定义。陈珊（2015）指出支付产业的发展牵涉到多个传统行业，其发展对各个传统行业的信息化升级和融合创新都有巨大的影响力，总之，两者在共同发展的同时也相互博弈着^[1]。
