摘 要

当前绿色发展成为世界经济的主题，新能源产业发展如火如荼。风电产业，一方面，需要依赖于传统的工业制造业，另一方面，又要结合先进的产品设计。而且风电产业风能储备十分丰富，技术发展稳步上升，可开发商业化程度高。各国政府都在积极推进风力发电的发展脚步，风电产业的发展也加快了风电设备制造业的快速发展。文章以国际产业竞争力理论为依据，以美国的著名经济学家迈克尔.波特的“钻石模型”理论为基础，从钻石模型的各个要素分析了我国风电设备制造业的现状、存在的势以及还有哪些不足之处。文章分析了全球的风能概况、全球风电设备制作业的现在以及我国的风能资源储备，风机装机容量，海上风电的发展以及风机的海外出口情况。并且以远景能源作为案例，结合钻石模型，研究我国风电设备制造业在出口方面具有的国际竞争力以及不足之处，并提出相关的意见和建议。

Study on export competitiveness of China's wind power manufacturing industry

Abstract

Green development has become the most prevent theme of the world economy. Wind power manufacturing industry, on the one hand, needs to rely on the traditional industrial manufacturing industry, on the other hand, combined with advanced product design. And its scale development feasibility is higher. Governments are actively promoting the development of wind power, wind power industry development has accelerated the rapid development of wind power equipment manufacturing industry. Article based on the theory of international competitiveness, according to a famous American scholar Michael porter's "diamond model" theory, from all elements of the diamond model analyzes the present situation of wind power equipment manufacturing industry in our country, the existence of advantage and what other shortcomings. This paper analyzes the global wind energy situation, now the global wind power equipment manufacturing, and our country's wind energy resources reserves, fan installed capacity, the development of the offshore wind and fan of overseas export situation. Moreover, it takes prospect energy as a case study to study the international competitiveness and deficiencies of China's wind power equipment manufacturing industry in export, and puts forward relevant opinions and Suggestions.

第一章 导论

1.1文章研究的背景和研究意义

风力发电以技术较为成熟、商业化前景较好等优势成为新能源技术中前景较好的发电方式，而且其规模化开发的可行性较高。目前风力发电是风能利用的主要形式，全球各国对风能发电都十分的重视。

从我国的“十三五”规划战略中关于新能源的发展方向来看，风力发电竞争力强，发展前景巨大。从2005年发展到今天，我国的风电制造产业经过两轮的高速发展，技术已经发展的相当的成熟。在大兆瓦整机制造能力和风力发电设备全产业链布局能力方面都有了不同程度的提升，新产品研发和迭代的速度明显加快。

而在出口方面，我国的风电装备制造企业的总体的综合实力越来越强。我国部分风电设备制造企业在海外市场份额也逐步扩大。不少国内风电设备制造产业的上下游相关企业纷纷寻求海外市场，对外投资规模不断扩大，投资金额不断增加。在技术研发设计和检测检验，包括配套服务方面已经日渐成熟，国际风电产业链已经逐渐成型。

我国的风电制造业发展较为迅速，但是也存在着风电资源的配置不均衡、弃电限电严重、海上风电的发展趋势还不牢固，生态环境保护问题十分棘手。根据中国风电设备制造业的现状，本文旨在研究中国风电设备制造业在出口市场竞争水平上的优缺点，并提出了针对中国风电设备制造业的预防措施。
