摘 要

伴随全球一体化的发展，2013年，习近平总书记提出了“一带一路”倡议，该倡议是我国对外投资新的经济增长点，但也面临着许多问题。本文首先简述了本文的研究背景和研究意义，接着在“一带一路”背景下从投资规模、行业构成两方面用图表剖析了我国对外投资的现状。其次分析了“一带一路”背景下我国对外投资存在的问题并就问题稍加举例说明。接着通过投资引力模型进行回归分析，以31个国家为样本，用八个变量来研究对中国在沿线国家投资的影响。再接下来本文以雅万高铁为例，分析了其在建设过程中存在的问题，包括征地问题、政治不稳定、腐败严重、印尼民众的反华情绪等问题，从中得到启示，最后根据问题和案例提出解决相关问题的对策。

Reach on the problems and countermeasures of China’s foreign investment under the background of “The Belt and Road”

ABSTRACT

With the development of globalization, in 2013 the General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed The Belt and Road” initiative, which is a new economic growth point for China’ foreign investment, but it also faces with many problems. Firstly, this article introduces the research background and significance of this article, and then from the investment scale and industry composition with chart analysis of the current status of China’ foreign investment under the context of “the Belt and Road”. Then it analyzes the problems of China’s foreign investment in the context of the “The Belt and Road” and gives some example of the problem. Then, though the regression analysis of the investment gravity model, using 31 countries as a sample, eight variables is used to explain and study its impact on China’s investment in countries. Next, this article takes the Yawan High Speed Railway as an example to analyze the problems in its construction process, including land acquisition issues, political instability, severe corruption, and Indonesian people’s anti-China sentiment, etc. Get inspiration from it, and finally propose a solution to solve the problem and related issues based on the case.
