摘 要

本文通过阅读和整理有关京津冀一体化战略的文献和资料，形成了对京津冀一体化战略的具体认识，并对于接下来更深入的探讨制定了具体的研究方法与研究思路。首先，论文充分介绍了京津冀一体化战略的核心内容与主旨思想，通过归纳，重点阐述了国内外有关京津冀一体化战略的相关研究成果，其次，主要从京津冀一体化产生的历史背景和京津两地经贸合作的宏观基础角度阐释一体化进程的方式。再次，本文的第三章主要侧重一体化战略对于京津地区经贸发展与合作影响的探讨，运用恰当的经济分析手段，比较往年数据，证明了京津冀一体化战略的重要意义，最后,论文的最后一章，则是针对研究的结果提出了自己的相关建议。本文以所收集和整理的相关数据作为支撑，以具体理论作为依据，采用理论与实际相结合的研究方法。在研究过程中用理论来指导研究内容，再通过相关数据进行证明和完善。

京津冀一体化战略就是京津冀地区协同发展以北京、天津为战略实施的双中心。目前，北京高速的城市发展所带来的压力严重，人口、住房、交通、就业等方面都面临着严峻的考验。所以目前在我国大力发展京津冀一体化战略的重要性尤为凸显，为了实现这一目标，充分做到增进区域经济的协调共同发展将成为战略实施与实现的重中之重。

研究结果表明：我国实施京津冀一体化战略的重要性和正确性，京津冀一体化战略的实施对于提升京津冀地区整体经贸合作有着举足轻重的拉动作用，促进了地区的经贸沟通与协同发展。

Abstract

By reading and reviewing lots of literature documents and works about Integration in Jing-Jin-Ji Area, on the basis of a deeper understanding of it, this article formed its own research method and idea about the Integration in Jing-Jin-Ji Area. Firstly, this article fully introduces the core content of Jing-Jin-Ji Integration Strategy. By induction, it focuses on the relevant domestic and international research results about Jing-Jin-Ji Integration Strategy. Secondly, mainly from the regional economic background that forms this integration, that is, trade and economic cooperation and development in Beijing and Tianjin areas, this article shows the basic idea of regional economic integration. Thirdly, Chapter Three of this paper emphases on the investigation of how integration strategy influences the economic development and cooperation in Beijing and Tianjin areas. By applying proper economic analysis method and comparing the previous years ’data, it proves the significant meaning of Jing-Jin-Ji Integration Strategy. Finally, according to the results of this study, some relevant suggestions are proposed at the last part of this paper. Based on the related content collected and organized, this article uses the research method of combining theoretical research and actual data. During the research, it uses the theory to instruct the research content, then proves and improves with the relevant data.

Jing-Jin-Ji Integration Strategy means regarding Beijing and Tianjin as dual- center for strategy implementation, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province joint develop. At present, the serious pressure brought by rapid progress of urbanization in Beijing makes it face severe test in population, housing, transport, employment and etc. As a result, it is quite important to develop the Jing-Jin-Ji Integration Strategy. In order to achieve this goal, fully promoting regional economy’s mutual development will become the most important factor to implement and achieve the strategy.

The research result shows the significance and correctness of our country to carry out the Jing-Jin-Ji Integration Strategy. Its implementation has important promoting function to improve overall economic cooperation in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, promoting regional economic communication and coordinated development.

第1章 京津冀一体化战略的核心内容

1.1京津冀一体化战略的提出

在2014年2月举行的京津冀协同发展工作座谈会上，习近平总书记在讲话中明确强调，“实现京津冀协同发展，是一个重大国家战略，要加快走出一条科学持续的协同发展路子来。”并就协同发展的现状提出了7点要求。［1］

^[1]习总书记的讲话将京津冀协同发展上升到了国家战略的层面上，由此可以看出，国家对于京津冀一体化战略的重视与大力落实。
