摘 要

随着城镇化的加深，站城关系越来越紧密，对于城市交通网络的重要节点枢纽而言就不能只关注其交通功能，而是要综合考虑枢纽的城市功能，因此将站城融合的理论应用于综合交通枢纽规划上是城市发展的必然趋势。

本文首先从站城关系入手剖析了站城融合理论的内涵和外延，总结了五大理论基础和推动因素，提出了基于站城融合的综合交通枢纽规划要点与思路。然后介绍了不同类型的综合交通枢纽所对应的站城融合开发模式，主要针对区域级综合交通枢纽提出了站城融合的规划流程：客流分析、枢纽设施布局和交通流线组织设计。在客流分析中，介绍了交通需求预测和换乘量预测的方法，考虑了城市功能所带来交通需求；在枢纽布局规划中，应用经典的圈层理论进行枢纽平面上的用地布局，并且应用系统论的思想提出功能要素规划的新方法，对划分的功能区所包含的要素进行指标计算，最后设计了以平均换乘时间最小为目标的函数，对各功能区的位置进行了合理布局；在交通流线组织设计中，不仅对外围和内部集散系统的设计进行了说明，同时介绍了与商业区和住宅区的道路衔接设计。文章最后用南京南站站城融合规划的实例对以上理论进行具体的说明。

Research on Comprehensive Transportation Hub Planning Method under the Background of Station City Integration

Abstract

With the deepening of urbanization, the relationship between the station and the city is more and more close in recent years. For the important node hub of urban traffic network, it is not only to pay attention to its traffic function, but to comprehensively consider the urban function of the hub. Therefore, applying the theory of station city integration to the comprehensive traffic hub planning is the inevitable trend of urban development.

This paper firstly analyzes the connotation and extension of the theory of station city integration from the relationship between the station and city, in which five theoretical basis and driving factors are summarized and the method and ideas of comprehensive transportation hub planning based on the integration of station city are put forward. Then the development mode of station city integration is introduced corresponding to different types of comprehensive transport hub , and the planning process based on station city integration is proposed mainly for the regional comprehensive transport hub: passenger flow analysis, hub facilities layout and traffic streamline organization design. In the passenger flow analysis, the methods of traffic demand prediction and transfer volume prediction are introduced, and the traffic demand brought by urban functions is considered. In the hub layout planning, the classical circle layer theory is applied to the land layout on the hub plane, particularly a new method of function element planning is proposed with the thought of system theory to calculate the index of the elements contained in the divided function area. After that, the function aiming at the minimum average transfer time is designed, and the location of each functional area is reasonably arranged; in the design of traffic streamline organization, not only the design of peripheral and internal distribution system is explained, but also the design of road connection with commercial and residential areas is introduced. At the end of the paper, the above theory is illustrated with the example of Nanjing South Railway Station City integration planning.

第一章 绪论

随着交通与城市的相互作用和演变发展，站城关系愈发紧密。枢纽的综合化开发已经不能满足城市发展的要求，枢纽必须与城市融合开发，即把站城融合理论应用到综合交通枢纽规划中。国内对交通枢纽的开发大部分仍停留在“综合化”上，忽略了其与城市的融合，国外的站城融合开发模式已经比较成熟，有一定的借鉴意义。
